华北油田全方位全领域推进“零碳油田”建设

    中国石油网消息:5月21日获悉,华北油田任丘15万千瓦风电项目首台风机顺利完成吊装,新能源保持强劲发展势头。此外,华北油田油气储量、产量均超去年同期水平,传统产业、新兴产业协同发力,持续夯实东部老油田能源保供基础。

    China Oil News: On May 21st, it was learned that the first wind turbine of the 150,000-kilowatt wind power project in Renqiu, North China Oilfield, was successfully lifted into place. The new energy sector maintains a strong development momentum. Additionally, the oil and gas reserves and production of North China Oilfield have both exceeded the levels of the same period last year. Traditional industries and emerging industries are working together to continuously strengthen the energy supply guarantee foundation of the eastern old oilfields.


    华北油田锚定建设新型能源体系,切实把储采平衡作为油气可持续发展的生命线,持续转变发展方式,在稳步推进增储上产的同时提升SEC储量价值创造能力。

    The North China Oilfield is firmly committed to building a new energy system. It regards the balance between reserves and production as the lifeline for the sustainable development of oil and gas resources. It is continuously transforming its development model, while steadily promoting the increase in reserves and production, and enhancing the value creation capacity of SEC reserves.


    强化能源供给,稳固能源安全“基本盘”。华北油田将稳定储采比纳入年度重点工程,以SEC储量为核心,深化一体化协同,加速提升资源转化效率。油田聚焦河套临洼区深层、冀中西部斜坡带等富油洼槽、柴达木冷湖新区等战略方向,全力谋求新区、新层系、新类型和新领域勘探的重大突破与发现,增加SEC储量总量。同时,以地质工程一体化技术提升单井日产量,突破制约产能建设的技术瓶颈,系统推进“压舱石”工程和老油田综合治理,提升老油田发展质效。

    Strengthen energy supply and consolidate the "basic foundation" of energy security. The North China Oilfield has incorporated stabilizing the ratio of reserves to production into its annual key projects. With SEC reserves as the core, it has deepened integrated collaboration and accelerated the improvement of resource conversion efficiency. The oilfield focuses on deep layers in the Hetao depression area, slope belts in the western Hebei region, oil-rich depressions such as the Qidachimu new area in the Qaidam Basin, and other strategic directions, striving for major breakthroughs and discoveries in exploration of new areas, new formations, new types and new fields, to increase the total amount of SEC reserves. At the same time, it uses integrated geological and engineering technologies to increase the daily production of individual wells, break through technical bottlenecks that restrict capacity construction, and systematically promote the "balancing stone" project and comprehensive management of old oilfields, to improve the quality and efficiency of the development of old oilfields.


    4月30日,肃宁-大王庄“压舱石”工程日产油量较去年底提升3.5%;冀中坳陷束鹿凹陷和二连盆地巴音都兰凹陷勘探均取得新进展,老探区新井平均单井日产油量实现较大突破,推动储与采形成良性循环。

    On April 30th, the daily oil production of the "Weighting Stone" project in Suzhen and Dawangzhuang increased by 3.5% compared to the end of last year. New progress has been made in exploration in the Shulü Depression of the Jizhong Depression and the Bayindarand Depression of the Erlian Basin. The average daily oil production per well in new wells in the old exploration areas has achieved a significant breakthrough, promoting a virtuous cycle between storage and production.


    加快绿色转型,培育能源体系“新格局”。油田积极优化油气生产用能结构,推广“以电代油、以电代热”清洁替代模式。同时,依托油区存量资源,规模化布局光伏、风电项目,让闲置空间产生绿色价值。二连油田哈34断块首创油水井柔性智能调控与光伏/光热新能源耦合应用,绿电占比提升至14%。

    Accelerate the green transformation and cultivate a new "pattern" for the energy system. The oilfield has actively optimized the energy structure for oil and gas production, and promoted the clean substitution model of "electricity replacing oil and heat". At the same time, relying on the existing resources in the oil area, large-scale photovoltaic and wind power projects have been deployed to generate green value from idle spaces. The H34 block of Erlian Oilfield was the first to apply flexible intelligent regulation of oil and water wells and the coupling application of photovoltaic/thermal new energy. The proportion of green electricity has increased to 14%.


    华北油田全方位、全领域推进“零碳油田”建设,推广升级油气新能源融合的新型电力系统示范工程,统筹布局地热梯级利用、蒙西CCUS等重点工程。截至目前,华北油田地热市场开拓已完成年度任务的50%,CCUS项目今年累计注碳超10万吨。

    The Huabei Oilfield is comprehensively and fully advancing the construction of a "zero-carbon oilfield", promoting and upgrading the demonstration project of a new power system integrating oil and gas new energy, and coordinating the layout of key projects such as geothermal multi-level utilization and the CCUS project in the northwest region. As of now, the exploration of the geothermal market in the Huabei Oilfield has completed 50% of the annual task, and the cumulative carbon injection volume of the CCUS project this year has exceeded 100,000 tons.


    突出科技创新,锻造产业链条“新动能”。油田坚持创新驱动发展,营造鼓励探索、宽容失败的理论创新氛围,支持科研人员敢于挑战传统认识,用创新理论指导勘探开发新实践。

    Emphasize technological innovation and forge new "growth drivers" in the industrial chain. The oilfield adheres to innovation-driven development, creates an atmosphere that encourages exploration and tolerates failure in theoretical innovation, and supports researchers to be bold in challenging conventional thinking and use innovative theories to guide new exploration and development practices.


    一方面,针对冷湖区块成藏机理、超深层碎屑岩油藏高效开发、煤层气水平井高效增产等关键核心技术,打破专业和单位壁垒,以创新联合体和“揭榜挂帅”项目为抓手,形成攻坚合力。

    On the one hand, in order to address key core technologies such as the formation mechanism of the Cold Lake block, the efficient development of ultra-deep clastic rock oil reservoirs, and the efficient production enhancement of horizontal coalbed methane wells, we have broken down the barriers between disciplines and institutions. We have taken innovation consortia and "challenge-and-take-on" projects as the main approaches to form a joint force for tackling these challenges.


    另一方面,完善创新生态,构建“基础研究+技术攻关+成果转化”全链条体系,推动科技创新成果快速转化为现实生产力。年初以来,油田加强层系井网重构、高温深井智能分注等自主创新技术已成功推广应用,助力老油田破解资源接替难题。

    On the other hand, efforts are being made to improve the innovation ecosystem and establish a complete chain system of "basic research + technological breakthroughs +成果转化", aiming to accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into practical productive forces. Since the beginning of the year, the oilfield has successfully applied its independent innovation technologies such as layer system well pattern reconfiguration and intelligent injection for deep wells in high temperatures. These measures have helped old oilfields solve the problem of resource succession.
