中国石油首套大型制氢系统试车成功

    中国石油网消息:5月18日获悉,中国石油首套2000标准立方米/小时碱性电解水制氢系统一次试车成功。

    China Oil News: On May 18th, it was learned that China Petroleum's first 2000 standard cubic meters per hour alkaline electrolysis water hydrogen production system successfully completed its first trial run.


    设备产出的氢气纯度高达99.9995%,各项指标均达到设计标准,标志着中国石油在绿氢自主化、工程化领域取得里程碑式突破。

    The hydrogen produced by the equipment has a purity of up to 99.9995%, and all indicators have met the design standards. This marks a milestone breakthrough for China National Petroleum Corporation in the field of green hydrogen autonomy and engineeringization.


    这套系统每小时能生产2000标准立方米的氢气,相当于同时满足10余辆氢能公交车一天的用气需求。该系统由中石油深圳新能源研究院有限公司牵头,联合宝石机械、独山子石化、新疆寰球工程公司、昆仑数智等单位共同研制,集成了2000标准立方米/小时的碱性电解槽和4000标准立方米/小时的分离纯化设备。项目初步构建起从技术研发、装备制造到工程应用的全链条协作体系,充分发挥出中国石油的产业链协同优势。

    This system can produce 2,000 standard cubic meters of hydrogen per hour, which is equivalent to meeting the gas demand of over 10 hydrogen-powered buses for a whole day. The system is led by the Shenzhen New Energy Research Institute of PetroChina and jointly developed by companies such as Gemstone Machinery, Dushanzi Petrochemical, Xinjiang Global Engineering Company, and Kunlun Digital Intelligence. It integrates an alkaline electrolyzer with a capacity of 2,000 standard cubic meters per hour and a separation and purification equipment with a capacity of 4,000 standard cubic meters per hour. The project has initially established a full-chain collaborative system from technological research and development, equipment manufacturing to engineering application, fully leveraging the industrial chain synergy advantages of China Petroleum.


    针对电解槽的性能与容量提升,研发团队攻克了高电流密度电极、精密加工制造、轻量化集成等一系列技术难题。系统具备智能故障诊断和宽频调节功能,能很好地适应风电、光伏等可再生能源的波动性制氢需求,在新疆极端温差环境下也能稳定运行。

    To enhance the performance and capacity of the electrolyzer, the R&D team overcame a series of technical challenges such as high current density electrodes, precise manufacturing, lightweight integration, etc. The system is equipped with intelligent fault diagnosis and wide-band regulation functions, which can well meet the fluctuating hydrogen production demands of renewable energy sources like wind power and photovoltaic power. It can also operate stably in the extreme temperature environment of Xinjiang.


    经过试车验证,这套设备产出的高纯度氢气完全满足炼油、化工、交通等领域的使用标准。目前,这些氢气已并入独山子石化的氢气管网,用于炼油加氢、化工合成等生产环节,帮助炼化产业实现低碳化升级。

    After trial operation verification, the high-purity hydrogen produced by this equipment fully meets the usage standards in the fields of oil refining, chemical industry, transportation, etc. Currently, this hydrogen has been integrated into the hydrogen pipeline network of Dushanzi Petrochemical and is used in production processes such as oil refining hydrogenation and chemical synthesis, helping the petrochemical industry achieve a low-carbon upgrade.


    据现场技术人员介绍,这套系统从安装到一次试车成功用时2个月。截至5月21日19时,系统已连续稳定运行超过70小时,各项运行参数平稳。

    According to the on-site technicians, it took only two months from the installation of this system until its successful first test run. As of 19:00 on May 21st, the system has been operating continuously and stably for over 70 hours, with all operating parameters remaining stable.
