
日前,青宁(青岛—南京)天然气管道与江苏沿海天然气管道互联互通项目正式进气投产,该项目为长三角地区新增一条年输气30亿立方米的供气通道,进一步提升区域天然气供应的安全韧性。
Recently, the interconnection project between the Qingning (Qingdao - Nanjing) natural gas pipeline and the Jiangsu Coastal Natural Gas Pipeline has officially started supplying gas and has been put into operation. This project has added a new gas supply channel of 3 billion cubic meters per year to the Yangtze River Delta region, further enhancing the safety and resilience of regional natural gas supply.
项目起自青宁管道淮安分输站,终至江苏沿海天然气管道朱桥分输联络站。管线设计压力10兆帕,设计年输气量30亿立方米,精准匹配江苏沿海天然气管道输送及其联通的储气库错峰注采调配需求,大幅提升极端工况下应急保供韧性与安全保障能力。
The project starts from the Huai'an Distribution Station of the Qingning Pipeline and ends at the Zhujiao Distribution Link Station of the Jiangsu Coastal Natural Gas Pipeline. The pipeline has a design pressure of 10 megapascals and a designed annual gas transmission volume of 3 billion cubic meters. It precisely matches the peak injection and off-peak extraction allocation requirements of the gas transportation and connection of the storage reservoirs of the Jiangsu Coastal Natural Gas Pipeline, significantly enhancing the resilience and safety guarantee capabilities for emergency supply during extreme conditions.
这是继“北气南下”能源大通道与江苏沿海管道实现互通后,建成的第三条互联通道。至此,国家主干天然气管网与江苏省级管网之间已形成三处互联互通节点,深度融合格局基本成形。
This is the third interconnection channel that has been built after the "Northward Gas Flow to the South" energy corridor and the Jiangsu coastal pipeline achieved interconnection. Thus, three interconnection nodes have been formed between the national main gas pipeline network and the Jiangsu provincial pipeline network, and a basically integrated pattern has taken shape.
江苏沿海天然气管道是江苏省省级能源保供主体,是衔接国家主干管网与地方市场的关键枢纽,青宁管道则连接着华北与长三角区域天然气管网,提供陆上天然气与海上液化天然气资源的双向互保。二者实现关键联通,对完善区域能源基础设施具有重要意义。
The Jiangsu Coastal Natural Gas Pipeline is the provincial-level energy supply guarantee entity of Jiangsu Province. It serves as a crucial hub connecting the national main pipeline network with local markets. The Qingning Pipeline, on the other hand, links the natural gas pipelines of North China and the Yangtze River Delta region, providing two-way mutual guarantee for onshore natural gas and offshore liquefied natural gas resources. The realization of this critical connection is of great significance for improving the regional energy infrastructure.
青宁管道是国家天然气互联互通重点工程,自2020年12月15日投产至今,累计输气超67亿立方米。目前,“北气南下、海气登陆、储库调峰”的多源互补格局已全部形成,我国东部地区天然气资源配置效率和应急保供能力显著提升。
The Qingning Pipeline is a key national gas interconnection project. Since its commissioning on December 15, 2020, it has cumulatively transported over 6.7 billion cubic meters of gas. Currently, the multi-source complementary pattern of "gas flowing from the north to the south, gas landing at the coast, and peak regulation by storage facilities" has been fully established. The efficiency of gas resource allocation and the emergency supply guarantee capacity in the eastern region of China have significantly improved.
目前,在长三角地区,已形成西气东输一线和二线、川气东送、苏皖管道、青宁管道等“织线成网”的新格局,“十五五”时期,我国还将在长三角及周边地区规划建成川气东送二线、苏皖豫、文23—安庆等超3200公里的天然气管道。这批新建干线及互联互通工程的陆续建成投运,将进一步提升长三角乃至中东部地区的天然气管网密度和互联互通水平,显著增强区域能源安全保障能力,为长三角区域一体化高质量发展注入更强劲、更清洁的绿色动能。
At present, in the Yangtze River Delta region, a "networked" pattern has been formed with the first and second lines of the West-to-East Gas Transmission Project, the Sichuan Gas Eastward Transmission Project, the Jiangsu-Anhui Pipeline, and the Qinghai-Ningxia Pipeline. During the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, China will also plan to build the second line of the Sichuan Gas Eastward Transmission Project, the Jiangsu-Anhui-Yuebei Pipeline, and Wen23-Anting Pipeline, totaling over 3,200 kilometers of natural gas pipelines in the Yangtze River Delta and surrounding areas. The successive completion and operation of these newly built trunk lines and interconnection projects will further enhance the density and interconnection level of the natural gas pipeline network in the Yangtze River Delta and the central and eastern regions, significantly strengthening the regional energy security guarantee capabilities, and injecting stronger and cleaner green energy momentum into the high-quality development of the Yangtze River Delta region.
