西南油气田勘探开发一体化赋能原油增储

    5月19日,西南油气田团岭1井喜获工业油流,成功见油。这标志着四川盆地川东渠马河向斜油气勘探取得重要突破,为区域原油上产和规模化勘探部署提供了有力支撑。

    On May 19th, the Groupling 1 well of the Southwest Oil and Gas Field successfully produced industrial oil flow and achieved oil discovery. This marks a significant breakthrough in the oil and gas exploration of the Chumah River anticline in the Sichuan Basin, providing strong support for regional crude oil production and large-scale exploration deployments.


    5月以来,西南油气田勘探开发捷报频传:顺庆油田顺102平台、南充002平台相继完钻,公司首个页岩油先导试验平台顺利开钻,钻探施工实现日进尺1100米的亮眼突破。当前,四川盆地原油新一轮勘探开发大会战蹄疾步稳,正由“点上突破”走向“面上开花”的新阶段。

    Since May, the Southwest Oil and Gas Field has witnessed a series of successful exploration and development achievements: The Shunqing Oilfield's Shun102 platform and Nanchong 002 platform have been successfully completed drilling, and the company's first shale oil pilot test platform has been successfully drilled. The drilling construction has achieved a remarkable breakthrough of advancing 1,100 meters per day. Currently, the new round of exploration and development campaign in the Sichuan Basin is advancing steadily, moving from "breakthrough at key points" to a new stage of "blossoming on a larger scale".

    Integrated deployment


    以前,油气勘探与开发分轨运行、各自为战:探井完钻、资料归档后,开发团队才重新开展研究部署,不仅项目周期较长、作业效率偏低,还造成油气地质认识碎片化,制约整体勘探开发质效。

    Previously, oil and gas exploration and development were carried out separately and independently: after the completion of exploration wells and the archiving of data, the development team would only start to conduct research and deployment again. This not only resulted in a long project cycle and low operational efficiency, but also led to fragmented understanding of oil and gas geology, thereby restricting the overall quality and efficiency of exploration and development.


    “十四五”开局以来,西南油气田打破传统模式,全面推行勘探开发一体化运行机制,严格遵循“控层控面、突出重点、有序推进”工作原则,在三大重点领域累计实施40口井。从2023年的1口新井,到2026年实施12口新井和10口老井,连续4年实现稳步增长。

    Since the beginning of the "14th Five-Year Plan", the Southwest Oil and Gas Field has broken away from the traditional model and fully implemented the integrated operation mechanism for exploration and development. It strictly follows the working principle of "controlling layers and areas, highlighting key points, and proceeding in an orderly manner", and has cumulatively carried out 40 wells in three major key areas. From 1 new well in 2023 to 12 new wells and 10 old wells to be implemented in 2026, a steady growth has been achieved for four consecutive years.


    公119H井是一个标志点。这口位于川中的油藏评价井,凉高山组测试日产油20吨,峰值日产达47.6吨,累计产油超万吨。正是它,打响了新一轮原油攻关的“发令枪”。

    Well 119H is a key reference point. This oil reservoir eva luation well located in the Sichuan Basin achieved a daily oil production of 20 tons during the testing of the Lianggaohong Formation, with a peak daily output reaching 47.6 tons. The cumulative oil production exceeded 10,000 tons. It was this well that fired the "starting gun" for the new round of crude oil research and development efforts.


    以此为突破口,西南油气田迅速铺开20口老井上试工作,快速厘清多套层系含油潜力;依托公山庙油田9口先导试验井,精准划定集中增储建产区域;通过勘探开发一体化统筹,推进10口探评井及老井侧钻作业,加速沙溪庙组资源评价。同时,风险勘探同步取得重大进展,川东凉高山组页岩油勘探实现突破。

    Taking this as a breakthrough point, the Southwest Oil and Gas Field quickly carried out trial work on 20 old wells, quickly clarifying the oil potential of multiple layers; relying on 9 pilot test wells in Gongshanmiao Oilfield, precisely delineating the concentrated area for reservoir expansion and production; through integrated planning of exploration and development, promoting 10 exploration and eva luation wells and sidetracking operations on old wells, accelerating the resource eva luation of the Shaximao Formation. At the same time, risk exploration also achieved significant progress, and shale oil exploration in the Yangang Mountain Formation in western Sichuan achieved a breakthrough.


    一体化部署模式,有效实现勘探、评价、试验三大环节深度咬合,推动物探、钻井、压裂、采油全链条协同。正如一线技术人员所言:“过去勘探开发是分段接力赛,如今已是全员协同的团体赛。”

    The integrated deployment model effectively achieves a deep integration of the three major processes - exploration, eva luation, and experimentation, promoting the collaborative operation of the entire chain from exploration and drilling to fracturing and oil production. As frontline technicians put it, "In the past, exploration and development were a relay race in segments. Now, it has become a team competition with full participation of all personnel."

    Integrated management and control


    一体化部署只是发展的上半场,落地成效关键在精细管控。西南油气田统筹推进地质工程一体化实施、钻试全过程一体化管控,同步启动原油开发先导试验,迭代升级物探、钻井、压裂、采油四大配套核心技术。

    Integrated deployment is merely the first half of the development process. The key to achieving effective implementation lies in meticulous control. The Southwest Oil and Gas Field has comprehensively coordinated the integration of geological and engineering operations, as well as the integrated control of the entire drilling and testing process. It has simultaneously initiated pilot tests for crude oil development and iteratively upgraded the four core supporting technologies of geophysical exploration, drilling, fracturing, and oil production.


    四川盆地侏罗系储层具有厚度薄、非均质性强的特点,储层勘探难度极大,被形象地比作在毛巾里找头发丝。

    The Jurassic reservoirs in the Sichuan Basin are characterized by thin thickness and strong heterogeneity. The exploration of these reservoirs is extremely difficult and can be vividly compared to searching for a hair strand in a towel.


    西南油气田多轮开展高密度三维采集论证,从必要性、可行性到经济性层层推进、步步落地,成功研发高密度采集处理与薄层预测技术,河道平面刻画精度由180米提升至66米,小尺度断裂识别断距从15米优化至6米,砂体预测符合率达100%,储层预测符合率超90%。

    The Southwest Oil and Gas Field has conducted multiple rounds of high-density three-dimensional acquisition demonstrations. From the necessity, feasibility to economic feasibility, it has advanced step by step and been implemented in all aspects. Successfully developed high-density acquisition processing and thin-layer prediction technologies. The accuracy of riverbed plane depiction has been improved from 180 meters to 66 meters. The resolution for identifying small-scale fractures has been optimized from 15 meters to 6 meters. The prediction accuracy of sand bodies has reached 100%, and the prediction accuracy of reservoirs has exceeded 90%.


    依托技术积淀,西南油气田进一步攻关形成“断缝体”高精度预测技术,同步实现薄层强非均质储层预测突破。通过敏感属性融合、岩相约束反演、AI断层解释、OVT裂缝预测等多技术协同应用,砂体预测符合率保持100%,精准探明地下储层分布规律,为高效钻井筑牢地质根基。

    Relying on its technological accumulation, the Southwest Oil and Gas Field has further conducted research and developed a high-precision prediction technology for "faulted bodies". At the same time, it has achieved breakthroughs in the prediction of thin-layer highly heterogeneous reservoirs. Through the collaborative application of multiple technologies such as sensitive attribute fusion, lithofacies constraint inversion, AI fault interpretation, and OVT fracture prediction, the prediction accuracy rate of sand bodies remains at 100%. This enables precise exploration of the distribution patterns of underground reservoirs, laying a solid geological foundation for efficient drilling.


    “把地下的路数摸清了,钻井才敢往前冲。”这是物探的底气。

    "Only after we have thoroughly understood the underground structure can we boldly proceed with the drilling." This is the confidence of geophysical exploration.


    公山庙区块沙溪庙、凉高山两组砂岩地层研磨性强,曾是制约钻井提速的核心难题。西南油气田推行“一井一策”钻头设计,高抗磨异形齿PDC钻头配套带防磨短节非旋转套旋导,再加超大扭矩低速螺杆,硬岩段机械钻速从1.69米/小时提升至2.36米/小时。

    The sandstone strata of the Gongshan Temple block, namely the Shaxi Temple and Lianggang Mountain formations, have strong abrasion resistance and were once the core problem restricting the acceleration of drilling. The Southwest Oil and Gas Field implemented "one well, one strategy" drill bit design, using high-anti-abrasion non-circular tooth PDC drill bits paired with anti-abrasion short sections and non-rotating helical guide, along with an ultra-large torque low-speed screw. As a result, the mechanical drilling speed in hard rock sections increased from 1.69 meters per hour to 2.36 meters per hour.


    同步优化井身结构,公山庙凉高山组砂岩井实现三开改二开,平稳完钻无复杂工况;龙岗凉高山组页岩井、沙溪庙组借鉴成熟经验,形成标准化二开井身结构。针对大偏移三维水平井,攻克安全下套管及固井技术,通过模拟分析优化套管串结构、优选下套管工艺,降低管柱与井壁摩阻;配套抗污染水泥浆体系、优化顶替工艺、精准配置扶正器,全面保障水泥环胶结质量。

    Synchronously optimize the wellbore structure. The sandstone wells in Gongshanmiao and Lianggao Group of the Lankao Formation achieved a transition from three-stage to two-stage completion, with smooth drilling without complex conditions. For the shale wells in Longgang and Lankao Group of the Shaximiao Formation, they drew on mature experience to form a standardized two-stage wellbore structure. For large-offset three-dimensional horizontal wells, we overcame the technical challenges of safe casing running and cementing. Through simulation analysis, we optimized the casing string structure and selected the casing running process, reducing the friction between the pipe string and the wellbore wall. We also provided an anti-pollution cement slurry system, optimized the displacement process, and precisely configured the stabilizer to comprehensively ensure the cement ring's bonding quality.


    压裂是原油上产的关键环节。西南油气田明确两个“强化”:强化地质工程一体化压裂优化设计,强化室内实验评价对工艺设计的指导作用。创新构建原油地质工程双甜点可压性评价模型,综合考量储层供给、导流、造缝、滤失性能,实现储层精细化分类。

    Fracturing is a crucial step in increasing crude oil production. The Southwest Oil and Gas Field has clearly identified two "enhancements": strengthening the integrated fracturing optimization design of geology and engineering, and enhancing the guiding role of in-situ experiments in process design. They have innovatively constructed a dual sweet spot compressibility eva luation model for crude oil geology and engineering, comprehensively considering reservoir supply, flow diversion, fracturing, and fluid loss performance, to achieve refined classification of reservoirs.


    针对3类储层定制3套差异化压裂方案。凉高山组夹层砂岩采用“密切割+部分高强度+复合支撑”体积压裂技术,实现储层纵向充分改造、横向全面覆盖;沙一段运用“适当密切割+高强度+暂堵”压裂工艺,延长焖井时间,南充002平台测试日产原油超百吨;凉高山页岩油采用“密切割+逆混合+高强度+大排量+多级复合暂堵”压裂工艺,搭配长时间焖井,禄探1井开井即见油。

    Three sets of differentiated fracturing schemes were customized for the three types of reservoirs. For the interbedded sandstone of the Lianggaohuang Formation, the "close cutting + partial high strength + composite support" volume fracturing technology was adopted to achieve thorough longitudinal modification and comprehensive lateral coverage of the reservoir; for the Shadan section, the "proper close cutting + high strength + temporary plugging" fracturing process was used to extend the well shutdown time, and the test of the Nanchong 002 platform produced a daily output of over 100 tons of crude oil; for the shale oil of Lianggaohuang, the "close cutting + reverse mixing + high strength + large flow rate + multi-level composite temporary plugging" fracturing technology was employed, combined with a long-term well shutdown, and the Luotan 1 well produced oil immediately upon opening.


    采油配套提质稳产,打通原油稳产全链条。射流泵、气举成为压后返排核心手段,2025年完成15口井射流泵压后返排作业。在老井推广射流泵与压裂联作模式,实现压裂返排一体化。公41井试验数据显示,一体化管柱可将返排率由20%提升至35%。

    Improving the quality and enhancing the stable production of oil extraction, we have completed the entire chain for stable crude oil production. Jet pumps and gas lift have become the core methods for post-pressure well drainage. By 2025, we will complete the jet pump post-pressure well drainage operation for 15 wells. We have promoted the combined operation mode of jet pumps and fracturing in old wells to achieve integrated fracturing and drainage. The test data of Well No. 41 shows that the integrated pipe column can increase the drainage rate from 20% to 35%.


    规模化增储

    Large-scale reserve expansion


    四川盆地源内页岩油与近源致密油呈立体成藏、有序共存态势,虽然资源总量巨大,但是不等于储量有效落实。西南油气田聚焦这一核心痛点,深化侏罗系油藏地质认识,明确沙溪庙组致密油、凉高山组页岩油两大重点攻关方向,稳步推进资源转化。

    The shale oil in the source area of the Sichuan Basin and the near-source tight oil exhibit a three-dimensional reservoir formation and orderly coexistence pattern. Although the total resource volume is huge, it does not mean that the reserves have been effectively confirmed. The Southwest Oil and Gas Field has focused on this core problem, deepened the geological understanding of the Jurassic reservoirs, clearly defined the two key research directions of the Shaximiao Formation tight oil and the Lianggaohuang Formation shale oil, and steadily advanced the resource transformation.


    在沙溪庙组,西南油气田通过老井复查750口、测井再评价400口,结合地震储层精细预测及断层分级评价,精准锁定“公山庙—南充区块”沙一段1—3号河道砂组核心潜力区。该区域储层厚度大、源-储配置关系优,有利面积超1700平方公里。

    In the Shaxi Temple Formation, the Southwest Oil and Gas Field conducted a review of 750 old wells and re-eva luation of 400 wells. Combined with detailed seismic reservoir prediction and fault classification eva luation, they precisely identified the core potential area of the Shangdanmiao - Nanchong Block's Shangdian 1-3 Riverbed Sand Group. This area has a large reservoir thickness, excellent source-reservoir configuration, and an advantageous area exceeding 1700 square kilometers.


    在凉高山组,四川盆地发育凉一段、凉二段两期湖盆,半深湖相带控制页岩平面分布,两大沉积中心分别位于“川东忠县—梁平向斜”和“川中仪陇—广安地区”。凉高山组页岩烃源优、物性好、油品佳。

    In the Liankang Formation, two periods of lake basins, namely the Lianyang Member and Lianyang II Member, were developed in the Sichuan Basin. The semi-deep lacustrine facies zone controlled the distribution of shale. The two major sedimentary centers were located at the "Zhongxian-Liangping Syncline" in the eastern Sichuan region and the "Yilong-Guang'an Area" in the central Sichuan region. The shale of the Liankang Formation has excellent hydrocarbon source, good physical properties and excellent oil quality.


    2025年,公山庙区块南充002井区沙一段成功提交油气探明地质储量。这标志着西南油气田时隔23年实现原油增储重大突破,沙溪庙组“西气东油”大面积成藏格局也从图纸走向现实。

    In 2025, the Shadan section of the Gongshan Temple block in the Nanchong 002 well area successfully submitted proven geological reserves of oil and gas. This marked a major breakthrough in crude oil reserve increase for the Southwest Oil and Gas Field after a 23-year hiatus, and the large-scale reservoir formation pattern of the Shaximiao Formation for "West Gas to East Oil" has also materialized from a blueprint into reality.


    公山庙沙一段先导试验方案同步形成4项核心技术成果:高品质叠前道集河道砂体刻画及储层定量预测技术、“二开井身结构+强攻击性PDC钻头+旋转导向”钻井主体技术、“段内多簇+变黏滑溜水+高强度连续加砂”多缝压裂工艺以及以人工助排为主的压后返排及清防蜡技术。

    The pilot test plan for the Shash section of Gongshan Temple Oilfield simultaneously yielded four core technical achievements: high-quality pre-stack acoustic imaging technology for delineating riverbed sand bodies and quantitative reservoir prediction, "two-stage wellbore structure + highly aggressive PDC drill bit + rotational guidance" drilling main technology, "multiple clusters within the section + variable viscosity fracturing fluid + high-strength continuous sand injection" multi-fracturing technology, and post-fracturing backflow and wax removal as well as prevention technology mainly relying on artificial drainage.


    从公119H井的“点上突破”,到南充002平台的“线上拉动”,再到顺庆油田的“面上支撑”,西南油气田历时4年,走出了一条“部署一体、管控一体、技术配套、效益增储”的高质量发展之路。

    Starting from the "point breakthrough" at Well 119H, then the "line pull" on the 002 platform in Nanchong, and finally the "surface support" in Shunqing Oilfield, the Southwest Oil and Gas Field has taken four years to forge a high-quality development path characterized by "integration of deployment, integration of management, technical support, and enhanced reserves for benefits".
