吐哈油田探索提高采收率新途径

    中国石油网消息:截至5月17日,吐哈油田在三塘湖油田牛圈湖东区应用CCUS-EOR(二氧化碳捕集、利用与封存-提高采收率)技术后,试验区块累计增油量超2万吨,采收率提高1.4%,实现了试验区块产量翻番。

    China Oil News: As of May 17th, after applying the CCUS-EOR (Carbon Dioxide Capture, Utilization and Storage - Enhanced Oil Recovery) technology in the Niujinghu East Area of San Tanghu Oilfield of Tuha Oilfield, the cumulative oil production increase in the test area exceeded 20,000 tons, and the recovery rate increased by 1.4%. The output of the test area has doubled.


    吐哈油田油藏类型多且复杂,随着开发的持续深入,老区常规油藏含水高、新区以非常规建产为主,产量快速递减,亟须探索提高采收率的有效途径。经过多年攻关,吐哈油田先后突破“三低”砂岩超前注水、深层稠油减氧空气泡沫驱、中高渗稀油天然气重力混相驱、低渗低黏油藏CCUS-EOR等多项技术难题。

    The oil reservoirs in Tuha Oilfield are diverse and complex. As the development continues to deepen, the conventional oil reservoirs in the old areas have high water content, while the new areas mainly focus on unconventional production. The output is rapidly decreasing, and it is urgent to explore effective ways to increase recovery rate. After years of research and efforts, Tuha Oilfield has successively overcome several technical challenges, including advanced water injection in "three-low" sandstone reservoirs, oxygen-reducing air foam drive in deep oil reservoirs, gravity mixed-phase drive in medium-high permeability light oil reservoirs, and CCUS-EOR in low-permeability and low-viscosity oil reservoirs.


    为了实现牛圈湖区块西山窑低压特低渗储量的有效动用,吐哈油田摸索形成超前注水开发模式。该模式在全区推广实施后,持续优化调控,形成了温和注水、配套化学调剖、重复压裂工艺技术系列,支撑砂岩油藏自然递减率逐步控制在10%以内。

    In order to effectively exploit the low-pressure and ultra-low permeability reserves in the Xishan Xiao Cave area of the Niuquan Lake block, the Turpan Oilfield has explored and formed an advanced water injection development model. After being promoted and implemented throughout the entire area, this model has been continuously optimized and regulated, forming a series of techniques such as gentle water injection, chemical well stimulation, and repeated fracturing, which have supported the natural decline rate of sandstone reservoirs to be controlled within 10% gradually.


    鲁克沁稠油埋藏深,储层非均质性严重,具有高密度、高黏度、高凝固点、高非烃含量和中等含蜡量的“四高一中”特点。技术团队从驱油机理研究切入,最终构建起“减氧空气驱+吞吐”技术体系。应用这一技术后,试验区块采收率提高超1倍,突破30%。

    The ultra-heavy oil in Luokechen is deeply buried, and the reservoir has severe heterogeneity. It has the characteristics of high density, high viscosity, high solidification point, high non-hydrocarbon content and medium wax content. The technical team started from the research on the oil displacement mechanism and finally established the "oxygen-reduced air displacement + thermal stimulation" technical system. After applying this technology, the recovery rate of the test area increased by more than double, exceeding 30%.


    在老油田挖潜上,针对葡北油田高采出程度、高含水关停的困境,团队深耕地质认识,持续优化天然气重力混相驱方案,成功实现扩大波及体积与提高驱油效率。

    In the process of enhancing the production capacity of old oil fields, in response to the difficulties of high production rate and high water content shutdown in the Portuguese North oil field, the team deeply studied the geological conditions, continuously optimized the gas gravity miscible flooding scheme, and successfully achieved an increase in swept volume and an improvement in oil recovery efficiency.
