新疆油田采油一厂稠油微生物冷采实现良好开局

    中国石油网消息:新疆油田采油一厂联合勘探开发研究院、应急抢险救援中心协同攻坚实施的稠油微生物冷采试验实现良好开局。截至3月29日,共完成12口试验井施工,开井12口,平均日产油量由施工前的7.2吨增长至13吨。

    China Oil News: The microbial cold production test for heavy oil, jointly carried out by the First Oil Production Plant of Xinjiang Oilfield and the Joint Exploration and Development Research Institute as well as the Emergency Rescue and Relief Center, has achieved a good start. As of March 29th, a total of 12 test wells have been constructed, with 12 wells put into operation. The average daily oil production has increased from 7.2 tons before the construction to 13 tons.


    采油一厂于去年10月实施稠油微生物冷采试验。为提升试验针对性与有效性,该厂结合油藏开发实际,精准划分三大试验场景,优选12口井开展微生物吞吐试验:在红006井区部署5口井,聚焦破解汽窜通道发育、地层亏空大等开发难题,推进热采替代;在四2区选取5口低效冷采井实施单井吞吐,激活边零低效井生产潜力;在二中区克下组部署2口未动用储量井,探索未动用稠油资源有效开发方式。

    The Oil Production No.1 Plant conducted a microbial cold production test for heavy oil in October last year. To enhance the targeted and effective nature of the test, the plant, based on the actual situation of reservoir development, precisely divided into three test scenarios and selected 12 wells to carry out microbial flooding tests: 5 wells were deployed in the Hong 006 area to focus on solving development problems such as the development of vapor channeling pathways and large reservoir depletion, and to promote thermal recovery substitution; 5 low-efficiency cold production wells in the Si 2 area were selected to implement single-well flooding to activate the production potential of marginal and low-efficiency wells; 2 undeveloped reservoir wells of the Kekou Formation were deployed in the Second Middle Area to explore effective development methods for the unutilized heavy oil resources.


    试验期间,科研人员根据不同区块油藏特性、原油黏度等指标,现场取样后精准筛选匹配菌种并定制化培养菌液,运用多井协同吞吐、单井吞吐结合分层注入与笼统注入的差异化施工工艺,保障试验效果。

    During the experiment, the researchers, based on the characteristics of different oil reservoirs and indicators such as crude oil viscosity, took samples on-site and precisely selected matching bacterial strains and customized the bacterial culture. They also adopted differentiated construction techniques including multi-well coordinated production, single-well production combined with stratified injection and general injection to ensure the experimental results.


    目前,试验井已陆续开井生产,整体开发效果超出预期。其中,四2区效果尤为显著,克下组3口井平均日产液2.6吨、日产油2吨,含水仅23%;二中区T7-14井实现3毫米油嘴自喷,日产液8.8吨、日产油4.1吨。

    At present, the test wells have been put into production one after another, and the overall development effect has exceeded expectations. Among them, the effect of Area 4-2 is particularly remarkable. The average daily liquid production of 3 wells in the Kekou Formation is 2.6 tons, and the daily oil production is 2 tons, with the water content being only 23%; the T7-14 well in the Second Middle Area achieved self-flowing with a 3-millimeter nozzle, with a daily liquid production of 8.8 tons and a daily oil production of 4.1 tons.
