
中国石油网消息:5月18日,兰州石化新建110吨/小时酸性水汽提装置项目现场,施工人员有序作业。
China Petroleum News: On May 18th, at the construction site of the newly-built 110-ton-per-hour acidic water steam stripping unit project of Lanzhou Petrochemical, the construction workers were operating in an orderly manner.
长期以来,兰州石化现有两套酸性水汽提装置需以120%负荷运行,才能勉强维持炼油区酸性水的“紧平衡”。项目负责人高云鹏表示,随着国家环保要求提高及新装置规划落地,酸性水总量预计将超过370吨/小时,现有处理能力难以支撑生产优化和未来发展。
For a long time, the two existing acid water stripping units at Lanzhou Petrochemical have been operating at 120% capacity just to maintain a "tight balance" of acid water in the refining area. Project manager Gao Yunpeng said that with the increasing environmental protection requirements of the country and the implementation of new project plans, the total amount of acid water is expected to exceed 370 tons per hour. The current processing capacity is insufficient to support production optimization and future development.
新装置建成后,酸性水总处理能力将从230吨/小时提升至340吨/小时,彻底打破“紧平衡”困局。
After the new device is put into operation, the total treatment capacity of acidic water will increase from 230 tons per hour to 340 tons per hour, completely breaking the "tight balance" situation.
同时,装置采用成熟工艺,可将酸性水中的硫化氢和氨气有效分离,分别回收为液氨和硫黄,净化水回送至常减压等装置重复利用,形成资源循环利用的绿色闭环。
Meanwhile, the device adopts mature technology to effectively separate hydrogen sulfide and ammonia from acidic water, and separately recover them as liquid ammonia and sulfur. The purified water is then returned to the atmospheric distillation and vacuum distillation units for reuse, forming a green closed-loop system for resource recycling.
