大庆油田葡萄花油田应用纳米微乳技术增产效果良好

    中国石油网消息:日前,大庆油田葡萄花油田将一项常用于化妆品制备的技术——纳米微乳技术成功应用到剩余油挖潜中,取得了良好的增产效果。截至5月18日,现场试验11口井,累计增油量超1760吨。

    China Oil News: Recently, the Guoguawu Oilfield of Daqing Oilfield successfully applied a technology commonly used in cosmetic production - nano microemulsion technology - to enhance oil recovery. This has achieved remarkable production increase results. As of May 18th, 11 wells in the field trial have been completed, with a cumulative increase in oil production exceeding 1,760 tons.


    这项技术的全称为“纳米微乳渗吸技术”。它通过特殊工艺,将表面活性剂驱油体系乳化成颗粒直径在30纳米以下的纳米微乳液。凭借颗粒小、渗透性强的优势,纳米微乳液能够高效进入油层岩石孔隙,通过乳化、剥离、改变润湿性等机理,将藏匿于岩石孔隙深处的剩余油置换出来。

    The full name of this technology is "Nanometer Microemulsion Permeation Technology". Through a special process, it emulsifies the surfactant oil-displacement system into nano-sized microemulsions with particle diameters below 30 nanometers. Due to its small particle size and strong permeability, the nano-microemulsions can efficiently penetrate into the pore spaces of oil-bearing rock layers. Through mechanisms such as emulsification, desorption, and alteration of wettability, the remaining oil hidden deep within the pore spaces of the rock can be displaced.


    室内油泥砂静态洗油实验显示,该纳米微乳液驱油体系的洗油率平均可达70%,是普通表面活性剂体系的2倍以上。

    The static oil-washing experiment using indoor oil slurry showed that the oil-washing rate of this nano microemulsion oil displacement system could reach an average of 70%, which is more than twice that of the ordinary surfactant system.


    在试验中,科研人员充分考虑油井累计产油量、累计产水量、压裂补液以及连通水井补充水量等因素,计算出驱油剂的合理用量,并采用“套管环空全井笼统注入+药剂交替+焖井”的施工工艺,使驱油剂波及体积扩大30%,进一步提升了挖潜效果。

    During the experiment, the researchers fully took into account factors such as the cumulative oil production of the oil well, the cumulative water production, the fracturing fluid injection, and the supplementary water volume of the connected water wells. They calculated the reasonable dosage of the oil-washing agent and adopted the construction technique of "uniform injection into the casing annulus and the entire well + alternating use of the agent + well shutdown for焖ing", which expanded the swept volume of the oil-washing agent by 30%, further enhancing the exploitation potential.


    试验井采取措施后平均单井日增液量达2.3吨,日增油量达1.8吨,预计单井有效期内增油量可达280吨以上,投入产出比可达1∶2.8以上。

    After taking measures, the average daily increase in fluid production per well reached 2.3 tons, and the daily increase in oil production reached 1.8 tons. It is estimated that the increase in oil production within the effective period of each well can reach over 280 tons, and the input-output ratio can reach over 1:2.8.
