辽河油田锦州采油厂井网优化挖潜见效

    中国石油网消息:3月25日,辽河油田锦州采油厂锦16-于H29C井补开目的层后喜获工业油流。相邻角井锦2-7-236C也同步见效,呈现出“补一口、活一片”的成效。

    China Oil News: On March 25th, the Jinzhou Oil Production Plant of Liaohe Oilfield successfully achieved industrial oil production after re-opening the target layer in the Jin16-YuH29C well. The adjacent well, Jin2-7-236C, also saw positive results simultaneously, demonstrating the effect of "improving one well, benefiting an entire area".


    锦16-于H29C井位于锦16块北块断层边部,原生产扩大区一层系目的层兴III1-2,因储层物性差、注采关系不完善,长期开发效果不明显。同时,二层系返层接替段也存在角井长期不见效的问题。技术人员通过精细油藏描述与剩余油分布规律研究,认为边部区域仍有可观剩余油潜力,但现有井网难以实现有效动用。

    Jin 16 - Well H29C is located at the edge of the northern fault block of the Jin 16 block. The original production expansion area's first formation is the target layer Xing III1-2. Due to poor reservoir properties and imperfect injection-production relationship, the long-term development effect has been insignificant. At the same time, the second formation's return layer replacement section also has the problem that some wells have not achieved effective results for a long time. The technicians, through detailed reservoir description and study of the distribution pattern of remaining oil, believe that there is still considerable remaining oil potential in the peripheral area, but the existing well pattern is difficult to achieve effective exploitation.


    经充分论证,技术人员将该井定位为反九点井网中的油井,在二层系工业化试验区实施返层挖潜,优化井网改善局部流场、扩大波及范围。该井投产后即获高产工业油流,成功盘活了接替段的边部储量,同时激活了周边地层能量,使长期未见效的老角井开始见效,产量稳步上升。

    After thorough analysis, the technical team identified the well as an oil well in the reverse nine-point pattern and implemented layer-by-layer potential tapping in the industrialized test area of the second formation system. This approach optimized the well pattern, improved local flow fields, and expanded sweep efficiency. Upon commissioning, the well immediately yielded high-volume industrial oil flow, successfully revitalizing the peripheral reserves in the replacement interval. It also activated the energy of surrounding formations, enabling long-dormant marginal wells to begin producing and achieving steady production growth.


    该井的成功实践表明,在化学驱开发中,井网加密与流场优化,有助于扩大聚表二元驱的波及体积。尤其是在区块边部等相对“沉寂”的区域,合理补充井位往往能起到激活全局的效果。此次调整不仅实现单井高产,更让原本“沉睡”的边部储量焕发新生,为同类化学驱区块的调整挖潜提供了宝贵经验。

    The successful practice of this well demonstrates that in the process of chemical flooding development, well network densification and flow field optimization can help expand the sweep volume of the polymer-dispersed dual-polarity flooding. Especially in relatively "quiet" areas such as the periphery of the block, reasonable supplementation of well positions often has the effect of activating the entire system. This adjustment not only achieved high production for a single well, but also revitalized the previously "dormant" reserves in the periphery, providing valuable experience for the adjustment and potential tapping of similar chemical flooding blocks.
