我国牵头制定的5项天然气国际标准发布

    中国石油报综合报道 近日,国际标准化组织正式发布由我国牵头制定的5项天然气领域国际标准。标准通过精准的量化指标,为全球能源市场提供降本增效与安全保障的“中国方案”。

    China Petroleum News reports: Recently, the International Organization for Standardization officially released five international standards in the field of natural gas, which were jointly formulated by China. These standards provide a "Chinese solution" for global energy markets, offering cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and security guarantees.


    在页岩气开发方面,我国牵头的《页岩脆性指数测定和计算》系列国际标准,针对页岩气开发中优质储层识别难、压裂改造成本高的痛点,首次在国际层面规范了可压性评价技术框架。应用该标准后,页岩优质储层的识别准确率预计能提升10%左右,可支撑单井勘探开发成功率从行业平均的65%提升至85%以上;单口页岩气井的作业成本可降低10%以上。

    In the field of shale gas development, the series of international standards led by China, namely "Determination and Calculation of Shale Brittleness Index", address the challenges of difficult identification of high-quality reservoirs and high costs of fracturing and modification in shale gas development. For the first time at the international level, this standard has established a technical framework for eva luating the compressibility. After applying this standard, the accuracy rate of identifying high-quality shale reservoirs is expected to increase by about 10%, which can support the success rate of single-well exploration and development from the industry average of 65% to over 85%; the operation cost of a single shale gas well can be reduced by more than 10%.


    《滑溜水性能测试和要求》标准是我国在页岩气领域牵头制定的首项产品国际标准。页岩气开发的关键技术之一是水力压裂,相当于用高压加液挤出天然气,而滑溜水是水力压裂的主要工作液。该标准系统规范了滑溜水的质量要求和性能测试方法,测试准确率提高至90%以上。

    The "Performance Testing and Requirements for Slime Water" standard is the first international product standard led by China in the field of shale gas. One of the key technologies in shale gas development is hydraulic fracturing, which is equivalent to using high-pressure liquid injection to extract natural gas. Slime water is the main working fluid for hydraulic fracturing. This standard systematically specifies the quality requirements and performance testing methods for slime water, and the testing accuracy has been improved to over 90%.


    在我国牵头制定的5项天然气领域国际标准中,有2项涉及含硫天然气,将破解硫沉积与质量监测的难题。《饱和溶解法测定元素硫溶解度》为安全清洁开发提供了科学手段。依托该标准可精准预测硫沉积趋势,建立含硫气田开发动态预警模型,为开发方案优化提供关键指标数据,预计能支撑单一气田年均增产约0.7亿立方米。《激光吸收光谱法测硫化氢》国际标准为天然气在线监测建立了高精度、高效率的国际统一技术规范。

    Among the 5 international standards in the natural gas field that were jointly formulated by China, 2 of them pertain to sulfur-containing natural gas, aiming to solve the problems of sulfur deposition and quality monitoring. The "Determination of Elemental Sulfur Solubility by Saturation Dissolution Method" provides a scientific means for safe and clean development. Based on this standard, the trend of sulfur deposition can be accurately predicted, and a dynamic early warning model for sulfur-containing gas fields development can be established, providing key indicator data for the optimization of development plans. It is expected to support an annual increase of approximately 70 million cubic meters in production for a single gas field. The international standard "Laser Absorption Spectroscopy for Measuring Hydrogen Sulfide" has established a high-precision and efficient international unified technical specification for online monitoring of natural gas.


    截至目前,我国已牵头制定发布14项天然气领域国际标准,100余名专家直接参与该领域国际标准制修订,并成功推动我国牵头的标准被英国、法国等欧亚非地区的20多个国家采用。

    As of now, China has taken the lead in formulating and releasing 14 international standards in the field of natural gas. Over 100 experts have directly participated in the formulation and revision of these international standards, and successfully promoted the standards led by China to be adopted by 20 or more countries in Europe, Asia and Africa.
