3月30日，晋煤外运重载通道瓦日铁路完成为期17天的春季集中修施工，恢复线路设施设备状态，释放重载通道运输能力，为即将到来的迎峰度夏电煤保供运输奠定基础。
On March 30th, the Waiji Railway, a major transportation route for coal from Shanxi Province, completed a 17-day spring comprehensive maintenance operation. This restored the condition of the railway facilities and equipment, enhanced the transportation capacity of the heavy-load channel, and laid the foundation for the upcoming peak electricity demand and coal supply transportation.
瓦日铁路西起山西省吕梁市兴县瓦塘镇，东至山东省日照港，穿越晋豫鲁三省，是西煤东运的重要通道，也是中国首条一次性建成的30吨轴重重载铁路。
The Waiyi Railway starts from Watang Town, Xing County, Lüliang City, Shanxi Province in the west and ends at Rizhao Port in Shandong Province in the east. It passes through Shanxi, Henan and Shandong provinces. It is an important transportation route for transporting coal from the west to the east, and it is also the first 30-ton axle load heavy railway in China to be completed in one go.
此次瓦日铁路集中修施工自3月14日开始，17天内每天利用180分钟时间，累计完成大机清筛29.746公里、成段更换轨枕16556根、大机捣固线路131.8公里以及应力放散、轨距精改等施工任务，并对隧道病害进行整治，各类设备设施得到深度“体检”和优化升级，以更加可靠的状态保障铁路运输安全畅通。
The concentrated maintenance work for the Waiyi Railway began on March 14th. Within 17 days, 180 minutes were utilized each day to complete a total of 29.746 kilometers of large machinery screening, 16,556 rail sleeper replacements, 131.8 kilometers of large machinery tamping for the railway lines, stress release, track gauge fine adjustment, and other construction tasks. The tunnel defects were also rectified, and all types of equipment and facilities underwent in-depth "examinations" and optimization upgrades, ensuring the safe and smooth operation of railway transportation in a more reliable state.
作为施工主体单位，临汾综合段围绕大机清筛、道岔捣固、隧道病害整治等施工重点和关键项目，强化现场盯控与作业标准执行，做到人员上道、命令交付、封锁开通、列车放行等全流程闭环管理，实现了施工期间人身、行车、施工安全全面受控。
As the main construction entity, the Linfen Comprehensive Section focused on key and critical projects such as large-scale machine screening, turnout tamping, and tunnel defect rectification. They strengthened on-site supervision and the implementation of operation standards, achieving full-process closed-loop management for all aspects including personnel going on the tracks, command delivery, blockage and opening, and train release. This ensured that personal, traffic, and construction safety during the construction period was fully under control.
集中修期间，兴保铁路复线同步完成开通前的线路设备整治与联锁试验工作。兴保铁路是连接瓦日铁路最大装车基地冯家川站与瓦塘站的煤炭专用线，3月27日复线已正式开通运营。此后，兴保铁路“大进大出、快装快运”的运输模式进一步提升瓦日铁路煤炭集运能力，为能源稳定供应注入强劲动力。
During the concentrated maintenance period, the reconstruction of the Xingbao Railway's double track was completed simultaneously with the completion of the line equipment rectification and interlocking test work before the opening. The Xingbao Railway is a dedicated coal line connecting the Fengjiaquan Station, the largest coal loading base of the Wazi Railway, and the Watao Station. On March 27th, the double track was officially put into operation. Since then, the "large volume inbound and outbound, fast loading and transportation" transportation mode of the Xingbao Railway has further enhanced the coal transportation capacity of the Wazi Railway, injecting strong impetus into the stable supply of energy.
