浙江油田刷新国内深层页岩气井两项行业纪录

    中国石油网消息:5月21日获悉,浙江油田渝西大安区块深层页岩气重点试验井大安1H31-5井顺利完钻,井深8030米、水平段长3730米,刷新国内深层页岩气井最深井深、最长水平段两项行业纪录。

    China Oil News: On May 21st, it was learned that the key experimental well of the deep shale gas layer in the Yuxi Dahan area of Zhejiang Oilfield, namely Dahan 1H31-5 well, was successfully completed. The well depth is 8,030 meters and the horizontal section length is 3,730 meters, setting new industry records for the deepest well depth and the longest horizontal section in domestic deep shale gas wells.


    此次重大突破是浙江油田践行“三新三高”发展理念的生动实践,通过攻关新技术、迭代新工艺、构建新模式,实现深层页岩气开发高效率、高质量、高效益进阶,标志着油田8000米级超深井、3700米级超长水平井钻井技术,完成从单井突破到井组系统化成熟应用的跨越,为国内深层页岩气高效化、规模化、标准化开发提供了可复制技术范式,助力川渝千亿立方米天然气生产基地建设。

    This significant breakthrough is a vivid demonstration of Zhejiang Oilfield's implementation of the "Three New Three High" development concept. Through the research and application of new technologies, the iteration of new processes, and the establishment of new models, it has achieved an advancement in the efficient, high-quality, and high-benefit development of deep shale gas. This marks a leap from single-well breakthrough to the systematic and mature application of well groups in the drilling technology for 8,000-meter-level ultra-deep wells and 3,700-meter-level ultra-long horizontal wells. It has completed the transformation from single-well breakthrough to the systematic application of well groups, providing a replicable technical model for the efficient, large-scale, and standardized development of deep shale gas in China, and contributing to the construction of the 100-billion-cubic-meter natural gas production base in Sichuan and Chongqing.


    大安区块深层页岩气藏地质条件复杂,构造活跃、断层多发、地层及压力系统多变,井下高温高压的极端工况,对钻井技术、设备及风险防控提出极高要求。

    The deep shale gas reservoir in the Dahan block has complex geological conditions. It is characterized by active structures, frequent faults, variable strata and pressure systems, as well as extreme working conditions such as high temperature and high pressure underground. These pose extremely high demands on drilling technology, equipment and risk control.


    相较先导井,大安1H31-5井存在轨迹控制精度高、超长水平段摩阻扭矩管控难、工况风险处置压力大等技术瓶颈。项目团队依托地质工程一体化理念,全方位优化轨迹设计、钻具搭配、施工参数与风险防控体系,实现技术、质量、效率同步提升。

    Compared with the pilot well, the Ga'an 1H31-5 well has technical bottlenecks such as high trajectory control accuracy, difficulty in controlling the friction torque of the extremely long horizontal section, and high pressure in handling work conditions and risks. The project team, relying on the integrated concept of geology and engineering, comprehensively optimized the trajectory design, drill string configuration, construction parameters and risk prevention and control system, achieving simultaneous improvement in technology, quality and efficiency.


    施工期间,项目团队落实专家驻井盯防、日会商闭环管理机制,聚焦高温高压、井壁稳定、精准导向等核心难题,升级深层页岩气高效开发3.0技术体系,取得4项关键技术突破。

    During the construction period, the project team implemented an expert on-site supervision and daily meeting-based closed-loop management mechanism, focusing on core issues such as high temperature and high pressure, well wall stability, and precise guidance. They upgraded the deep shale gas efficient development 3.0 technology system and achieved four key technological breakthroughs.


    精准定向钻进,储层钻遇质量优异。创新应用六位一体精准钻井模式,全程采用旋转导向工艺,适配152摄氏度高温工况,将井眼狗腿度严控在1.5度以内,轨迹平滑规整,地质靶体钻遇率达94.33%,实现超长水平段精准高效钻进。

    Precise directional drilling, with excellent reservoir drilling quality. Innovative application of the six-in-one precise drilling mode, using the rotary steering technology throughout the process, adapted to high-temperature conditions of 152 degrees Celsius. The wellbore dogleg degree is strictly controlled within 1.5 degrees, the trajectory is smooth and regular, the drilling success rate of the geological target body reaches 94.33%, and ultra-long horizontal sections are precisely and efficiently drilled.


    优化钻井液体系,破解高温施工难题。自研抗高温、微裂隙封堵、低压力传递专用钻井液,密度优化至1.81克/立方厘米,较设计降低12%,有效消除了深层高温环境下挟沙、降阻、井壁稳定等行业痛点,显著提升深井施工稳定性。

    Optimize the drilling fluid system to solve the problem of high-temperature construction. Develop our own specialized drilling fluid with anti-high-temperature, micro-crack sealing, and low-pressure transmission properties. The density has been optimized to 1.81 grams per cubic centimeter, a reduction of 12% compared to the design. This effectively eliminates industry pain points such as sand entrainment, resistance reduction, and wellbore stability in deep high-temperature environments, significantly improving the stability of deep well construction.

    Intelligent cementing operations aim to create high-quality and complete wellbores. Relying on dual guarantees of dynamic simulation and real-time monitoring, combined with a complete set of advanced completion techniques, and equipped with high-power pump units for efficient construction, this process ensures that the cement slurry replacement is completed in one go, the annular pressure remains stable and meets the standards, achieving excellent cementing quality throughout the well. The wellbore integrity remains at the industry-leading level, laying a solid foundation for the long-term stable production of gas wells.

    At present, based on the construction achievements of this platform, Zhejiang Oilfield has completed technology solidification and standard upgrading, revised and improved the drilling procedures and operation norms for the blocks, and formed a mature standardized drilling system for ultra-long horizontal wells, thereby enabling and enhancing the high-quality development of the upstream oil and gas sector and promoting the construction of the natural gas production base in Sichuan and Chongqing.
