煤层气公司刷新煤岩气二开井最短着陆周期行业纪录

    中国石油网消息3月8日,在吉深15-2平01井施工现场,煤层气公司采用常规螺杆钻具组合,成功实现“一趟钻”精准着陆,较设计周期缩短7.1天,刷新了煤岩气二开井最短着陆周期的行业纪录。China Oil News: On March 8th, at the construction site of the Jishen 15-2 flat 01 well, the Coalbed Methane Company used a conventional screw drill assembly and successfully achieved a precise landing in one drilling operation. This was 7.1 days shorter than the designed cycle, setting a new industry record for the shortest landing cycle of a second opening well for coal and shale gas.


    该井地质条件复杂,二开施工需依次穿越石盒子组、山西组、太原组等多套地层,对钻头性能、钻井工艺的适应性提出了极高要求。为攻克一系列施工难题,煤层气公司迅速组建技术攻坚团队,细化制定“一段一策”专项施工方案,持续优化钻具组合、钻井参数及钻井液性能,全方位提升钻井施工效率。在轨迹控制工艺上大胆创新,采用单一增斜钻具组合,成功完成稳斜段、增斜扭方位段的轨迹精准调控。在钻遇研磨性极强的灰岩层时,充分发挥地质工程一体化优势,超前预判、实时分析每米岩性数据,灵活切换软地层滑动钻进、硬地层复合钻进策略,最终实现二开“一趟钻”精准入靶,为煤岩气水平井高效开发提供了有力技术支撑。The geological conditions of this well are complex. During the second drilling operation, it needs to pass through multiple formations such as the Shizhibaizi Formation, the Shanxi Formation, and the Taiyuan Formation in sequence. This poses extremely high requirements for the performance of the drill bit and the adaptability of the drilling process. To overcome a series of construction challenges, the coalbed methane company quickly formed a technical breakthrough team, detailedly formulated a "one section, one strategy" special construction plan, continuously optimized the drill tool combination, drilling parameters, and drilling fluid performance, and comprehensively improved the drilling construction efficiency. In terms of trajectory control technology, they boldly innovated and adopted a single inclined-up drilling tool combination, successfully completing the precise trajectory control of the stable inclination section and the inclined-twisting-direction section. When encountering extremely abrasive limestone layers, they fully utilized the integrated advantages of geological and engineering fields, pre-judged and analyzed the rock properties of each meter in advance, flexibly switched between soft ground layer sliding drilling and hard ground layer composite drilling strategies, and ultimately achieved precise target entry in the second drilling operation with "one drilling run", providing strong technical support for the efficient development of coal rock gas horizontal wells.
