近日,江苏沿海天然气管道淮建盐项目与青宁(青岛—南京)天然气管道互联互通项目正式进气投产,标志着江苏省级管网与国家主干管网在苏北关键节点实现精准对接。作为全省天然气管网融入“全国一张网”的重大实践,项目建成投运将进一步夯实长三角能源保供根基,为区域绿色低碳发展注入强劲动能。
Recently, the Huaijianyan project of the Jiangsu coastal natural gas pipeline and the Qingning (Qingdao - Nanjing) natural gas pipeline interconnection project have officially started supplying gas and entered production. This marks that the provincial-level pipeline network in Jiangsu has achieved precise connection with the national main pipeline network at a key node in northern Jiangsu. As a major practice for integrating the provincial natural gas pipeline network into the "national one network", the completion and operation of this project will further strengthen the energy supply foundation of the Yangtze River Delta region and inject strong impetus into the regional green and low-carbon development.

此次互联互通项目起自青宁管道淮安分输站,终至江苏沿海管道朱桥分输联络站,设计压力10兆帕、年输气量30亿立方米,是继淮建盐项目建湖分输联络站与中俄东线盐城站联通后,江苏沿海管道建成的第二条国家级互联通道;第三条国家级互联通道如常太项目海门分输站,已与中俄东线完成物理联通。
This interconnection project starts from the Huai'an distribution station of the Qingning pipeline and ends at the Zhujiao distribution liaison station of the Jiangsu Coastal Pipeline. The designed pressure is 10 megapascals and the annual gas transmission volume is 3 billion cubic meters. It is the second national-level interconnection channel built by the Jiangsu Coastal Pipeline after the Huaijian Yanshan project's Jianhu distribution liaison station was connected to the Yancheng station of the China-Russia Eastern Pipeline. The third national-level interconnection channel, such as the Haimen distribution station of the Sihetai project, has already completed physical connection with the China-Russia Eastern Pipeline.
自该项目启动以来,项目团队坚持高起点谋划、高标准建设、高效率推进,统筹安全、质量、进度、造价、廉洁五大关键环节,全周期推演施工方案、全链条强化技术保障、全天候严控作业风险。投产攻坚阶段,团队以“零失误、零事故”为目标,12小时昼夜鏖战、精准管控全流程。从开阀置换、升压调试到管线核验、上载贯通,各环节无缝衔接、闭环管控,以严谨细致的作风、专业过硬的技术,确保项目一次性投产成功,圆满完成南北管网互联互通关键任务。
Since the launch of this project, the project team has adhered to high-level planning, high-standard construction, and high-efficiency advancement. They have coordinated the five key aspects of safety, quality, progress, cost, and integrity. They have comprehensively planned the construction plans throughout the entire process, strengthened technical support throughout the entire chain, and strictly controlled operational risks around the clock. During the production breakthrough stage, the team aimed for "zero mistakes and zero accidents". They engaged in 12-hour continuous battles day and night, precisely controlling the entire process. From valve opening and replacement, pressure rise and debugging to pipeline verification and upload completion, all links were seamlessly connected and closed-loop controlled. With a rigorous and meticulous style and professional and competent technology, the project successfully achieved one-time production success and completed the key task of interconnection between the north and south pipelines.

此次联通,实现了南北能源大动脉的深度联动,构建起双向互济、灵活调度的能源输送新格局。青宁管道是连接华北与长三角、统筹陆上与海上气源的核心纽带;江苏沿海管道作为省级能源保供主体,串联多座大型储气库与LNG接收站,是衔接国家管网与省内市场的关键枢纽。
This connection has achieved a deep linkage of the major energy arteries in the north and south, and has established a new energy transportation pattern featuring mutual assistance in both directions and flexible scheduling. The Qingning Pipeline serves as the core link connecting North China and the Yangtze River Delta, and coordinating onshore and offshore gas sources; the Jiangsu Coastal Pipeline, as the provincial energy supply guarantee entity, connects multiple large gas storage facilities and LNG receiving stations, and is a key hub connecting the national pipeline network and the local market.
两者互联互通后,省内管网深度融入“全国一张网”格局基本成型。项目精准匹配储气库错峰注采、季节调峰及极端工况应急需求,有效提升区域天然气供应稳定性、可靠性与应急保供能力,助力构建“北气南下、海气登陆、储库调峰”多源互补的能源供应体系。
After the interconnection of the two systems, the provincial gas pipeline network has basically formed a deep integration into the "national one network" framework. The project precisely matches the off-peak injection and withdrawal of the gas storage facilities, seasonal peak regulation, and emergency response requirements under extreme conditions, effectively enhancing the stability, reliability and emergency supply capacity of regional natural gas supply, and helping to build a multi-source complementary energy supply system of "gas from the north flowing south, gas landing at the coast, and gas storage for peak regulation".
