国家统计局27日发布的数据显示，2026年1-7月，煤炭开采和洗选业实现营业收入15854.6亿元，同比增长10.4%；煤炭开采和洗选业实现利润总额2508.5亿元，同比增长50.4%；煤炭开采和洗选业营业成本10974.9亿元，同比增长4.8%。

据陕西省煤炭工业协会最新统计数据，1至7月全省煤炭产量46979.9万吨，同比增长3.7%，占全国煤炭产量的17.4％。煤炭库存285.01万吨。7月份生产煤炭6218.04万吨，其中：国有重点煤炭企业陕煤集团、陕投集团、神东在陕煤矿原煤产量2922.28万吨，占全省煤炭产量的47％。7月末全省14个煤炭代表规格品煤炭价格环比上月有13个品种上涨，1个品种下降，平均上涨26.4元/吨，涨幅4.11%；与去年同期相比继续全面上涨，平均上涨134.1元/吨，涨幅25.04%。

安徽：安徽省统计局发布的数据显示，2026年7月份，安徽省规模以上工业原煤产量873万吨，由6月同比下降5.2%转为增长1.4%。2026年1-7月，规模以上工业原煤产量6129.2万吨，同比下降0.5%。

Anhui: According to data released by the Anhui Provincial Bureau of Statistics, in July 2026, the output of raw coal from industrial enterprises above designated size in Anhui Province was 8.73 million tons. This figure showed a change from a 5.2% decline in June to a 1.4% increase. From January to July 2026, the output of raw coal from industrial enterprises above designated size was 61.292 million tons, a 0.5% decrease compared to the previous year.

新疆：日前，新疆出台《自治区天然气（煤层气）勘探开发激励政策（2026—2029年）》，将此前2023—2025年的阶段性激励政策延续。新修订的激励政策使用自治区财政专项资金，对在疆注册且进行天然气以及煤层气（煤矿瓦斯）、页岩气、致密气等非常规天然气勘探开发的企业增产开采利用量进行差异化奖励，以制度化、可预期的财政承诺对冲勘探开发的长周期风险，并坚定支持非常规天然气增储上产。

Xinjiang: Recently, Xinjiang has issued the "Incentive Policies for Gas (Coalbed Methane) Exploration and Development in the Autonomous Region (2026-2029)", extending the previous phased incentive policies from 2023 to 2025. The newly revised incentive policies utilize the financial funds of the autonomous region and offer differentiated rewards to enterprises registered in Xinjiang and engaged in the exploration and development of unconventional natural gas such as natural gas, coalbed methane (coal mine gas), shale gas, and tight gas, based on the increased production and utilization volume. As of the end of July, the production inventory of raw coal in the region was 261.24 million tons, with the inventory turnover days being 16 days, a decrease of 12.8% compared to the previous year.

湖南：8月27日，湖南涟源市“8·14”事故救援指挥部发布情况通报。截至8月27日17时，涟源市杨梅山煤矿瓦斯突出事故现场搜救工作全部结束，7名失联人员遗体均已找到，1名伤者经医院救治恢复良好。目前，公安机关已对该煤矿实际控制人、安全负责人等6名相关责任人依法采取刑事强制措施。事故善后安抚、家属帮扶、调查取证和追责问责工作正在有序推进，当地同步举一反三开展矿山安全隐患排查整治。

As of 17:00 on August 27th, the search and rescue operation at the site of the gas explosion accident at Yangmeishan Coal Mine in Lianyuan City had been completed. The remains of 7 missing individuals had been found, and 1 injured person had recovered well after hospital treatment. Currently, the public security authorities have legally taken criminal compulsory measures against 6 relevant responsible persons, including the actual controller and safety supervisor of the coal mine. The aftermath handling, family assistance, investigation and evidence collection, as well as accountability and responsibility pursuit work are being carried out in an orderly manner. At the same time, the local area is conducting a comprehensive review and rectification of mining safety hazards based on this incident.

安徽：8月25日，安徽省安委办召开安全生产月度会商会议，要求深入开展重点行业领域“打非治违”，坚持眼睛向下、动真碰硬，依规依纪依法从严执法。

贵州：为深刻汲取事故教训，做好煤矿水害防治和汛期安全防范工作，对6起水害涉险事故进行了原因分析，国家矿山安全监察局贵州局 贵州省能源局印发了《防范煤矿水害事故十条措施》。

Guizhou: In order to deeply learn from the lessons of the accident and do a good job in the prevention of water disasters in coal mines and safety precautions during the flood season, the causes of 6 incidents involving water disasters were analyzed. The Guizhou Bureau of the National Mine Safety Supervision Administration and the Guizhou Provincial Energy Bureau issued the "Ten Measures for Preventing Coal Mine Water Disaster Accidents".

8月24日，国家矿山安全监察局贵州局相关负责人到糯东煤矿督导帮扶“双全日”工作，要求深刻汲取近期全国各类安全事故教训，严厉打击隐瞒入井人数、瞒报事故等违法违规行为。

铁路：8月22日，首列经过山西本地掺配的疆煤外运专列，从国铁太原局大同铁路物流中心管辖专用线驶出，经由大秦铁路奔赴秦皇岛港，这标志着“疆煤入晋、晋地掺配、大秦外运”的运输新模式正式落地，进一步拓宽煤炭运输渠道。

Railway: On August 22nd, the first special train transporting coal from Xinjiang that was locally blended in Shanxi left the dedicated line under the jurisdiction of the Taiyuan Railway Bureau of the National Railway Administration. It traveled via the Daxing Railway to Qinhuangdao Port. This marked the official implementation of the new transportation model of "Xinjiang coal entering Shanxi, local blending in Shanxi, and Daxing railway transportation out", further expanding the channels for coal transportation.

Port: Recently, a dedicated container train fully loaded with 3,200 tons of Indonesian coking coal departed from the Jingtang Port of Tangshan Port and headed for Xiaonan, Shanxi Province. This marks the official launch of the "Jingtang Port - Xiaonan" dedicated train for importing Indonesian coking coal into Shanxi Province. The open-top container shipping business of Tangshan Port's Jingtang Port has added a new cargo type.
