近日，国家发展改革委、国家能源局发布《煤层气（煤矿瓦斯）开发利用方案》。《方案》提出，“十五五”期间，煤层气增储上产取得显著成效，煤矿瓦斯抽采利用率稳步提升。2030年，煤层气产量260亿立方米，瓦斯利用量65亿立方米。

内蒙古:据各盟市上报的能源价格监测数据显示，7月份，内蒙古动力煤月度平均坑口价格为390.49元/吨，环比略涨0.78%，同比上涨16.79%。其中，东部褐煤平均坑口价格为324.77元/吨，环比略涨0.28%，同比下降1.16%；鄂尔多斯地区动力煤平均坑口价格为505.50元/吨，环比上涨1.35%，同比上涨46.73%。

陕西:据商务部重要生产资料市场监测系统显示，7月25日-31日，陕西省煤炭均价1174.0元/吨，环比下跌0.8%，同比上涨27.4%，其中，炼焦煤1275.0元/吨，环比持平，同比上涨42.5%；动力煤787.0元/吨，环比上涨0.3%，同比上涨17.3%；无烟煤1460.0元/吨，环比下跌2.0%，同比上涨21.9%。

河南:据河南省商务厅监测，2026年7月份，河南省煤炭均价为936.7元/吨。煤炭市场旺季效应逐步显现，价格较上月持续回升。7月份无烟煤主产区煤矿安检趋严，市场煤供应端偏紧，需求端处于“迎峰度夏”用煤高峰，电煤需求上升，供需双端均有支撑，煤价持续上行。高温天气持续，电厂日耗提升，去库速度加快，后续供需格局或仍偏紧，预计近期煤炭市场价格窄幅波动运行。

浙江:据宁波市商务局重要生产资料市场监测，2026年7月份，浙江省宁波市煤炭均价1003.25元/吨，环比上涨0.5%。其中，无烟煤价格1108元/吨，环比下跌0.9%；烟煤价格898.5元/吨，环比上涨2.2%。

Zhejiang: According to the important production materials market monitoring of the Ningbo Municipal Commerce Bureau, in July 2026, the average price of coal in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province was 1,003.25 yuan per ton, up by 0.5% compared with the previous month. Among them, the price of anthracite was 1,108 yuan per ton, down by 0.9% compared with the previous month; the price of bituminous coal was 898.5 yuan per ton, up by 2.2% compared with the previous month.

湖南:8月11日，经郴州市人民政府批准，永兴县新星煤矿恢复生产，至此，湖南省已有12家煤矿（其中8家省属煤矿、4家民营煤矿）经属地人民政府组织自然资源、公安、电力、应急、矿山安全监察等部门验收合格后批准复产，还有37家煤矿正在积极整改，复工复产工作正在有力有序推进。

新疆:近日，由新疆自治区应急管理厅所属事业单位煤炭科学研究所牵头编制的《弱胶结地层巷道预应力锚杆（索）支护技术规范》（DB65/T 5054—2026）《煤矿充填开采技术规范》（DB65/T 5027—2026），获新疆维吾尔自治区市场监督管理局批准发布，自2026年9月25日起正式实施。

Xinjiang: Recently, the "Technical Specifications for Prestressed Anchor Rods (Cables) Support in Weakly Cemented Strata Roadways" (DB65/T 5054—2026) and the "Technical Specifications for Coal Filling Mining" (DB65/T 5027—2026), jointly compiled by the Coal Science Research Institute, an affiliated institution of the Xinjiang Autonomous Region Emergency Management Department, have been approved for release by the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Market Supervision Administration. 宁夏:8月10日，随着宁夏首台“三翻”卸煤机投入使用，中卫市千万吨级战略煤炭储备和转运绿色配送基地宣布建成投产试运行。随着运力的提升，预计到2027年中卫煤炭转储能力可达1000万吨。到2030年可达3000万吨，既可有效保障宁夏及中卫周边150公里的煤炭供应，也可为长江中下游及西南地区提供可靠的煤炭资源保障。

Sichuan: According to the important production materials monitoring system of the Ministry of Commerce, from July 27th to August 2nd, the average price of coal in Sichuan Province was 924.56 yuan per ton, with a month-on-month increase of 0.1%. 贵州:8月5日，大倾角（急倾斜）煤层高压水射流旋切碎煤无人采面绿色开采方法及专用配套装备下线仪式，在六盘水高新技术产业开发区贵州黑拉嘎科技装备产业园举行，标志着这项复杂煤层无人采煤技术，从试验研发正式转向产业落地。

海南:今年1-7月，八所海关共监管进口煤炭188.0万吨，货值8.1亿元，同比分别增长4.4%、12.8%。
