中国石油网消息：4月20日，在中石油炼油特色产品有限公司与辽河石化公司的共同努力下，辽河石化成功中标中国电建水电三局中西非几内亚阿玛利亚水电站项目，将为其提供2800吨“昆仑·欢喜岭”水工沥青，用于该电站右岸沥青心墙建设。

China Oil News: On April 20th, through the joint efforts of China Petroleum Refining Special Products Co., Ltd. and Liaohe Petrochemical Company, Liaohe Petrochemical successfully won the bid for the "China Electric Power Hydropower Third Bureau" project in West Africa's Guinea, Ghana. They will provide 2,800 tons of "Kunlun · Huanxiling" hydraulic asphalt for the construction of the right bank asphalt core wall of the power station.

这也是“昆仑·欢喜岭”水工沥青首次走出国门，走向国际市场。

This is also the first time that the "Kunlun - Xihuailing" hydraulic asphalt has ventured out of the country and entered the international market.

这个项目是助力几内亚突破能源瓶颈、推动当地经济发展的重点工程，是中国和几内亚共建“一带一路”的标志性合作项目。

This project is a key undertaking aimed at helping Guinea break through its energy bottleneck and promoting the local economic development. It is a landmark cooperation project between China and Guinea under the framework of the "Belt and Road Initiative".

该项目地处热带高温高湿气候区，对水工沥青的热稳定性、抗老化性能及长期耐久性提出了远超常规工程的严苛技术要求，产品品质直接关系到大坝防渗体系的长效安全与工程整体使用寿命。

This project is located in a tropical area with high temperatures and high humidity. It has imposed extremely demanding technical requirements on the thermal stability, anti-aging performance and long-term durability of the asphalt used. The quality of the product directly affects the long-term safety of the dam's seepage prevention system and the overall service life of the project.

面对技术挑战，辽河石化凭借过硬的产品实力，在市场竞争中脱颖而出。经专业检测，“昆仑·欢喜岭”水工沥青软化点实测达50摄氏度、针入度比达75%，各项关键技术指标显著优于设计要求，其突出的耐热、抗老化、抗流变性能，可有效抵御当地热带极端气候对大坝沥青心墙的长期侵蚀，为项目提供了坚实的技术保障。

Facing technical challenges, Liaohai Petrochemical Company, with its outstanding product strength, stood out in the market competition. Through professional testing, the softening point of "Kunlun·Huanxiling" hydraulic asphalt was measured to be 50 degrees Celsius, and the penetration ratio was 75%. All key technical indicators were significantly superior to the design requirements. Its outstanding heat resistance, anti-aging and anti-flow properties can effectively resist the long-term erosion of the tropical extreme climate in the area on the asphalt core wall of the dam, providing a solid technical guarantee for the project.
