全国 国家统计局16日发布数据显示，3月份，全国工业原煤产量4.4亿吨，同比持平；日均产量1421万吨。1-3月份，全国工业原煤产量12.0亿吨，同比增长0.1%。

海关总署4月14日公布的数据显示，3月份，我国进口煤炭3905.9万吨，较去年同期的3873.2万吨增加32.7万吨，增长0.8%；较2月份的3094.3万吨增加811.6万吨，增长26.2%。1-3月份，我国累计进口煤炭11627.9万吨，同比增长1.3%。

近日，工业和信息化部办公厅印发《关于公布面向人工智能赋能的高质量行业数据集建设先行先试联合体名单的通知》，共有14个联合体入选，其中甲醇制烯烃高质量数据集建设联合体、煤机装备全要素数据合作联合体2个联合体涉煤。

Shanxi: Recently, the People's Government of Shanxi Province released the "15th Five-Year Plan Outline for National Economic and Social Development of Shanxi Province". The outline states that it is necessary to ensure the security of national coal supply. It adheres to the main directions of optimizing production capacity, intelligent mining, and green development, and builds a coal production, supply, storage and sales system as a whole. Relying on the three advantageous coal types - thermal coal, coking coal, and anthracite - it optimizes the layout of the coal industry and further increases the scale of individual coal mines and the concentration of the industry. By 2030, the coal production will remain at a reasonable level based on the national supply guarantee needs. Coal mines with high gas content that are conditionally capable will be allowed to legally and in accordance with regulations increase their production capacity through expansion and renovation. Support will be given to coal mines that adopt filling mining to enjoy a 50% proportion of filling mining coal output as capacity indicators. Maintain the continuous and reasonable coal production capacity in the province, implement coal production capacity reserves. Promote intelligent and green safe coal mining, iteratively improve the intelligence level of coal mines, promote green mining technologies based on local conditions, and ensure that coal production mines that meet the conditions basically achieve intelligence by 2027. 山西省政府办公厅日前印发《山西省持续开展重大项目建设年推动投资稳定增长行动方案》，提出今年由山西省能源局、山西省发展改革委牵头，加快推进11个能源重点领域项目建设，全年能源领域投资力争突破2000亿元。今年，山西省将推动煤炭智能绿色开采，新建60座智能化煤矿；加快煤层气增储上产，推动大吉煤层气田等项目建设，力争全年产量突破200亿立方米。

4月10日18时起，国铁太原局正式实行二季度货物列车运行图。新图实施后，每日在大秦铁路开行重载列车87对，其中2.1万吨重载列车58对，充分发挥这条“西煤东运”大通道的核心效能。在瓦日铁路，每日安排开行货物列车86对，其中万吨重载列车12对，进一步提升山西煤炭东运效率。同时，在大秦铁路重要“补给线”朔准铁路安排开行20对货物列车，进一步拓展蒙煤外运通道。新运行图重点优化直达列车和班列开行布局。其中，安排跨局大宗货物直达列车126列，分类保障重点物资运输，包括电煤中长协直达列车63列、其他煤炭直达列车35列、非煤炭直达列车28列，通过“点对点”直达运输，大幅提升重点物资运输效率。

Among them, 126 cross-bureau bulk goods direct trains are arranged, providing classified support for key material transportation, including 63 direct trains for electricity coal medium and long-term contracts, 35 direct trains for other coal, and 28 direct trains for non-coal materials. Through "point-to-point" direct transportation, the efficiency of transporting key materials is significantly improved.

10日从中国铁路郑州局集团有限公司获悉，自当日起，国铁集团郑州局实行新的货物列车运行图，与全国铁路同步实施。调图后，开行跨局货物班列159列，较调图前增加8列；开行跨局大宗直达货物列车162列，包含跨局煤炭直达列车108列、跨局非煤炭直达列车54列，进一步优化货运产品供给，为助力经济社会高质量发展提供有力运输保障。在运能充足的情况下，对其中69列电煤中长协直达列车单独安排运行线，优先组织运输，严格按方案开行，确保直达列车开行质量。

截至4月6日，国家能源集团朔黄铁路累计完成货物运输10032万吨，较去年提前8天突破1亿吨大关，其中，煤炭运输9464.8万吨，非煤运输567.2万吨，持续助力能源保供。
