近日，广东省生态环境厅发布《关于中广核阳江三山岛五海上风电场项目环境影响报告书的批复及公告》。项目总装机容量500.4兆瓦，建设12台16.2兆瓦和17台18兆瓦风机及配套电缆，金风科技预中标一标段200MW，明阳智能预中标二标段300MW，EPC总承包由中国能建广东院与深圳中广核工程设计有限公司联合体中标。

Recently, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment released the "Approval and Announcement of the Environmental Impact Report for the CGN Yangjiang Sanshan Island Five Offshore Wind Farm Project". The total installed capacity of the project is 500.4 megawatts. It will have 12 16.2-megawatt wind turbines and 17 18-megawatt wind turbines, along with the corresponding cables. Goldwind Technology has been pre-awarded the first section of 200MW, and Mingyang Intelligent has been pre-awarded the second section of 300MW. The EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contract was jointly won by the consortium of China Energy Engineering Group Guangdong Branch and Shenzhen CGN Engineering Design Co., Ltd.

华电集团3个风电项目机组采购接连开标，总装机规模285.8MW，中船海装、中车株洲所两家整机商中标，总投标报价5.54亿元。

The 100MW project of Shaanxi Huadian Suining was awarded to China Shipbuilding Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd., with a bid price of 218.9 million yuan. The first phase of the 100,000-kilowatt project of Jilin Huadian Baicheng Western Wind-Solar Storage Project and the 0.54-kilowatt wind power project of Yanji City New Energy Rural Revitalization Project were also awarded to China Shipbuilding Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd., with a bid price of 178.02 million yuan.

此前，Ⅰ标段由远景能源中标，中标金额114540万元；Ⅱ标段由东方风电中标，中标金额106750万元。  

Previously, the first section was awarded to YUNAN ENERGY, with a winning bid amount of 1145.4 million yuan; the second section was won by DONGFANG WIND POWER, with a winning bid amount of 1067.5 million yuan.

Ⅰ标段：1#场区容量600MW，6.25 MW机组和7.X MW机组（总风机台数不大于87台）。Ⅱ标段：2#场区容量500MW，6.25 MW机组（风机台数80台）。Ⅲ标段：3#场区容量700MW，6.25 MW机组（风机台数112台）。

The project is approximately 51-56 kilometers offshore and has a water depth of about 48-54 meters. The total installed capacity is 300.6 MW, and it plans to install 18 single-unit wind turbines with a capacity of 16.7 MW each. The total investment is approximately 399,000 million yuan. The construction unit is Ningde Electric Power Investment New Energy Co., Ltd., which is jointly held by China Power Investment Corporation Fujian Electric Power Co., Ltd. (80%), Fujian Min Dong Electric Power Group Co., Ltd. (10%), and Ningde Transportation Investment Group Co., Ltd. (10%).

It is also the first benchmark project in China that applies offshore anti-hurricane models to coastal onshore wind power. The total installed capacity of the project is 20 megawatts, with annual power generation exceeding 50 million kWh and reducing carbon emissions by approximately 50,000 tons.

2026年3月27日，大唐呼铝电公司与清水河县签订电解铝绿电直连项目投资合作协议，规划投资建设300MW风电项目，所发电力用于该公司电解铝生产，替代燃煤火电，项目总投资18.6亿元，预计年可实现碳减排54.32万吨。

The project plans to adjust the original approved 14MW wind turbine design to 31 single-unit capacity of 16.2MW wind turbines. The total installed capacity remains at 500MW, and the total investment has been adjusted from 515,351 million yuan to 453,154 million yuan.
