近日,我国单机容量最大的高原山地风电项目——中国大唐云南公司巨龙梁风电场扩建项目,正式全面进入投产前关键冲刺阶段,标志着我国高原山地风电项目建设取得新突破。目前,该项目设备安装攻坚、核心设备精准调试、并网前期筹备等各项工作并行推进、有序落地,为项目顺利并网投产筑牢坚实保障。

Recently, the largest single-unit capacity wind power project on the plateau and mountainous areas in China - the expansion project of Jilongliang Wind Farm of China Datang Yunnan Company, has officially entered the critical final stage before going into operation. This marks a new breakthrough in the construction of wind power projects in the plateau and mountainous regions of our country. Currently, various tasks such as equipment installation breakthroughs, precise debugging of core equipment, and preparatory work for grid connection are all advancing in parallel and being implemented orderly, laying a solid foundation for the smooth grid connection and operation of the project.


该项目位于云南省昆明市寻甸回族彝族自治县,场址平均海拔3239米,是典型的高原山地风电工程,区域地形错综复杂、气候变幻无常,整体施工建设条件极为严苛。该项目总装机容量158.22兆瓦,规划配置3台8.34兆瓦、12台11.1兆瓦大容量风电机组,同步配套新建一条总长约40.271千米的220千伏送出线路,可有效保障项目清洁风电稳定输送、高效外送。受特殊高原山地地理环境制约,项目在施工组织、设备吊装、工程推进等各方面的建设难度,均远超常规风电项目。

This project is located in Xindian Huiyizhi Autonomous County, Kunming City, Yunnan Province. The site has an average altitude of 3,239 meters. It is a typical wind power project in the plateau mountainous area. The regional terrain is complex and the climate is changeable. The overall construction conditions are extremely demanding. The total installed capacity of this project is 158.22 megawatts. It is planned to configure 3 8.34-megawatt and 12 11.1-megawatt large-capacity wind turbines. Simultaneously, a 220-kilovolt transmission line with a total length of approximately 40.271 kilometers will be newly built. This can effectively ensure the stable and efficient transmission of clean wind power from the project. Due to the special geographical environment of the plateau mountainous area, the construction difficulties in aspects such as construction organization, equipment hoisting, and project advancement are all far beyond those of conventional wind power projects.


项目投用的11.1兆瓦风电机组,是该机型在国内高原山地场景的首次规模化落地应用。相较于传统风电机组,该机型塔筒、机舱、叶片等核心部件尺寸更大、吨位更重,其中传动链及部分塔筒段重量超105吨。大型设备需途经50余公里盘山公路进场运输,沿线山梁交错、弯道密集、通行空间狭小,复杂路况为设备运输、精准吊装作业带来极大挑战。同时,项目区域年均风速超9米/秒,风速波动频繁、极端天气频发,有效施工窗口期极度有限,进一步加剧了工程建设难度。

The 11.1-megawatt wind turbine installed in the project is the first large-scale application of this model in the domestic high-altitude mountainous areas. Compared with traditional wind turbines, the core components of this model, such as the tower, nacelle, and blades, have larger dimensions and heavier weights. The transmission chain and some sections of the tower weigh over 105 tons. The large equipment needs to be transported through more than 50 kilometers of winding mountain roads, with intersecting mountain ridges, dense bends, and narrow passage spaces along the way. The complex road conditions pose great challenges to equipment transportation and precise lifting operations. At the same time, the annual average wind speed in the project area exceeds 9 meters per second, with frequent wind speed fluctuations and frequent extreme weather events. The effective construction window period is extremely limited, further increasing the difficulty of the project construction.


项目全面建成投产后,将进一步补强区域绿色电力供给能力,助力区域能源结构绿色低碳转型升级。据测算,该项目年均上网电量可达4.62亿千瓦时,每年可节约标准煤约14万吨,减少二氧化碳排放量约38万吨,兼具优质的经济效益与显著的生态社会效益,为地方绿色能源产业发展、“双碳”目标落地注入强劲动能。

After the project is fully completed and put into operation, it will further enhance the regional green power supply capacity and contribute to the green and low-carbon transformation and upgrading of the regional energy structure. According to calculations, the project's annual average power generation capacity can reach 462 million kilowatt-hours, saving approximately 140,000 tons of standard coal annually, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 380,000 tons. It has both excellent economic benefits and significant ecological social benefits, injecting strong momentum into the local green energy industry development and the realization of the "dual carbon" goals.
