As of May 27th, the electricity purchased by Zhejiang through the provincial inter-grid electricity spot market this year has exceeded 5 billion kilowatt-hours, reaching 5.1 billion kilowatt-hours, with a year-on-year growth of approximately 20%.

5月中下旬，受天气影响，浙江空调负荷快速增长，用电需求大幅攀升。国网浙江省电力有限公司提前研判供需形势，充分利用省间输电通道剩余能力，通过省间电力现货市场灵活增购外来电，为高温天气下的电力可靠供应提供了坚实支撑。

In the middle and late of May, due to the influence of the weather, the load of air conditioners in Zhejiang Province increased rapidly, and the electricity demand soared significantly. The State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Company proactively analyzed the supply and demand situation and fully utilized the remaining capacity of the inter-provincial transmission channels. By flexibly purchasing extra power from outside through the inter-provincial electricity spot market, it provided solid support for the reliable supply of electricity during the hot weather.

省间电力现货市场自2022年启动以来，已成为浙江统筹调配跨区电力资源、优化能源配置格局的关键平台。浙江作为典型的电力受端省份，外来电占比超三分之一，省间现货交易成交量连年稳步攀升，并连续两年突破百亿千瓦时，呈现量增价稳的良好态势。

Since its launch in 2022, the inter-provincial electricity spot market has become a crucial platform for Zhejiang to coordinate and allocate cross-regional power resources and optimize the energy configuration pattern. As a typical power receiving province, Zhejiang accounts for over one-third of its electricity imports. The transaction volume of inter-provincial spot trading has steadily increased year by year and has exceeded 10 billion kilowatt-hours for two consecutive years, presenting a favorable trend of increasing volume and stable prices.
