据悉，3月5日，华能新疆公司楼兰风电等14个风电项目共计2456.4MW风力发电机组及其附属设备集中采购预招标公告发布。集采分为6个标段、14个风电项目，项目规模合计2456.4MW，本次招标不含塔筒。其中一、二、三标段已于4月24日开标。
