除其他工作之外，公司在2023年还根据同年7月发布的《欧洲可持续发展报告标准》（ESRS)，进行了全面的重要性评估，以应对欧洲《企业可持续发展报告指令》（CSRD）。根据这次评估的结果，公司进一步完善了可持续发展议程，再次确认了原有的六大重要议题即：清洁出行、气候保护、资源效率及循环利用、工作公平及多样性、可信赖的的采购方形象与合作伙伴关系及职业健康与安全，同时新增了商业道德及合规作为第七大重要议题。本次的可持续发展报告也是按照这些议题所编写的。

为了评估进展情况，纬湃科技采用了关键绩效指标，如员工净推荐值（eNPS）、事故率、废物回收配额以及公司业务中电气化解决方案的占比。报告还展示了可持续发展如何在公司各个层面得以实现的大量实例。

在2023年的报告年度中，纬湃科技达成了一项重要的里程碑：公司的短期气候目标得到了科学碳目标倡议（SBTi）的验证，即到2030年，自身运营活动（范围1和范围2）产生的绝对温室气体排放量相较于基准年2019年减少100%。此外，公司还承诺到2030年相较于基准年2021年将范围3的绝对排放量减少25%。更值得一提的是，纬湃科技目标到2040年实现整个价值链的温室气体净零排放。

In addition to other work, the company conducted a comprehensive materiality assessment in 2023 in response to the European Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standard (ESRS), published in July of the same year. As a result of this assessment, the company has further refined its sustainability agenda, reconfirming the six key issues: clean mobility, climate protection, resource efficiency and recycling, fair work and diversity, trustworthy sourcing image and partnerships, and occupational health and safety, while adding business ethics and compliance as a seventh key issue. This Sustainable Development Report has been prepared along these lines.

To assess progress, the company uses key performance indicators such as net employee referral values (eNPS), accident rates, waste recycling quotas and the proportion of electrification solutions in the company's business. The report also shows numerous examples of how sustainability can be achieved at all levels of a company.

In the 2023 reporting year, Pai achieved an important milestone: the company's short-term climate goal was validated by the Science-based Carbon Target Initiative (SBTi) to reduce absolute greenhouse gas emissions from its own operations (Scope 1 and Scope 2) by 100% by 2030 compared to the base year 2019. In addition, the company is committed to reducing Scope 3 emissions by 25 percent in absolute terms by 2030 compared to the base year 2021. What's more, Pai aims to achieve net zero greenhouse gas emissions across the value chain by 2040.
