中国石油网消息：10月6日从川庆钻探厄瓜多尔分公司获悉，由该分公司承揽的厄瓜多尔国家石油公司（PEC）钻完井一体化总包项目实现了第二次合同续约。

China Oil News: On October 6th, the Chuanqing Drilling Ecuador Branch informed that the integrated drilling and well completion project for the Ecuador National Oil Company (PEC) contracted by this branch has achieved the second contract renewal.

该项目是PEC公司2025年钻完井一体化重点招标项目，也是川庆钻探公司在海外市场探索推行项目制管理的首个试点项目。项目实施过程中，在川庆钻探公司的统筹指导下，厄瓜多尔分公司组建专业化项目管理团队，强化全过程经营管控，优化生产组织和资源配置，持续提升项目履约效率。

This project is a key bidding project for PEC Company in 2025 related to the integrated drilling and completion operations. It is also the first pilot project for implementing the project management system in the overseas market exploration by Chuanqing Drilling Company. During the project implementation process, under the overall guidance of Chuanqing Drilling Company, the Ecuadorian branch established a specialized project management team, strengthened the overall operation control throughout the process, optimized the production organization and resource allocation, and continuously improved the project performance efficiency.

项目第一阶段单井平均建井周期较设计提前3.22天，综合施工效率提升17%；其中，NNKB-011井13天完成施工，创该区块最快纪录；APKA-020井测试原油日产量刷新该区块单井最高日产纪录。项目所有井次均一次性验收合格，实现“零事故、零污染、零伤害”。

In the first phase of the project, the average well construction period per well was 3.22 days ahead of the design schedule, and the overall construction efficiency was increased by 17%. Among them, the NNKB-011 well was completed in 13 days, setting the fastest record for this block. The APKA-020 well achieved a new record for the highest daily crude oil production per well in this block. All the wells were inspected and accepted as qualified in one go, and "zero accidents, zero pollution, and zero injuries" were achieved.

今年5月，该项目首次续约并追加预算。随着第二阶段3口井的施工任务圆满完成，甲方再次续约，新增合同额并追加3口井施工任务。项目连续两次实现合同续约，充分体现了甲方对川庆钻探项目履约能力、精细化管理水平和服务质量的认可。

In May this year, the project was renewed for the first time and an additional budget was allocated. With the successful completion of the construction tasks for the second phase involving 3 wells, the client renewed the contract again, increasing the contract amount and adding the construction tasks for 3 more wells. The project achieved contract renewals twice in a row, which fully demonstrated the client's recognition of the contractor's performance capability, meticulous management level and service quality in the Chuanqing Drilling project.
