中国石油网消息：辽阳石化始终牢固树立“质量就是生命”的理念，不断完善从原料到产品全链条质量管理体系，以卓越的产品品质赢得客户和市场，带动效益稳步增长。截至9月14日，公司今年的产品出厂合格率和质量抽检合格率均保持100%。

China Petroleum News: Liaoyang Petrochemical has always firmly held the concept that "quality is life". It has continuously improved the quality management system covering the entire production chain from raw materials to products, and has won customers and the market with excellent product quality, driving steady growth in benefits. As of September 14th, the company's product factory qualification rate and quality inspection qualification rate this year have both remained at 100%.

辽阳石化前移质量管控关口，全面梳理入厂检验、质检单传递、出库使用等流程，对影响产品质量的因素“零容忍”。今年前8个月，公司三级以上操作变动实现全覆盖检查，装置操作平稳率稳步提升；成品油全面满足国Ⅵ_B标准，功能性聚酯、锂电池隔膜专用料、高性能聚丙烯等特色产品全部达到优级品标准。

Liaoyang Petrochemical has moved the quality control checkpoints forward, comprehensively reviewing the processes such as incoming inspection, transfer of quality inspection forms, and out-of-storage usage. They have implemented a zero-tolerance policy towards factors that affect product quality. In the first eight months of this year, the company conducted comprehensive inspections of all operations above the third level, resulting in a steady improvement in the stability rate of equipment operations. The finished oil fully meets the National VI_B standards, and the functional polyester, lithium battery separator special materials, and high-performance polypropylene, among other characteristic products, have all reached the superior grade standards.

为提升产品质量，辽阳石化大力开展技术攻关，瞄准聚烯烃高端市场组建攻关团队。交联聚乙烯专用料历经10余次配方及工艺调整，质量获下游用户认可；聚酯装置调整转产，日均产量达350吨以上。依托“5+5+5”联合创新体和4个联合创新中心，公司实施“产销研用”一体化攻关，今年前8个月，化工新材料产品产量同比增长超30%，F400防水沥青实现全产全销，新材料销量创历史新高。

To enhance product quality, Liaoyang Petrochemical has vigorously carried out technological research and development, forming a research team targeting the high-end market of polyolefins. The cross-linked polyethylene special grade material has undergone more than 10 rounds of formula and process adjustments, and its quality has been recognized by downstream users; the polyester plant has adjusted its production to switch to new products, with a daily output of over 350 tons. Relying on the "5+5+5" joint innovation body and 4 joint innovation centers, the company implements integrated research and development, production, sales and application. In the first eight months of this year, the output of chemical new materials has increased by more than 30% year-on-year, and F400 waterproof asphalt has achieved full production and full sales, with the sales volume of new materials reaching a new high.

辽阳石化推行“一品一策”，针对不同产品制定质量提升方案，建立从需求对接到售后跟踪的全流程快速响应机制。公司对客户提出的问题24小时反馈、72小时拿出解决方案并落实整改；对重点客户实行“点对点”服务，定期回访使用情况，收集质量改进建议，动态调整工艺参数，实现产品质量和用户口碑不断提升。
