中国石油网消息:8月25日,从长城钻探公司获悉,该公司50301队承钻的宜庆13井,在作业中随完井套管一次性成功下入15根智能滑套,刷新了国内单井一次性下入智能滑套数量的纪录,大幅压缩了完井施工周期。

China Oil News: On August 25th, it was learned from Great Wall Drilling Company that the 50301 team of the company drilled the Yiqing 13 well. During the operation, 15 intelligent sliding sleeves were successfully lowered into the well completion casing at one time, setting a new record for the number of intelligent sliding sleeves lowered into a single well in China and significantly shortening the well completion construction period.


宜庆区块地质条件复杂,对完井工艺提出了极高要求。长城钻探创新应用智能滑套技术,通过精准深度校正与井下定位工艺,在曲折井段精准锁定优质储层,实现各层位独立管控。该技术不仅充分释放出薄储层产能,而且省去了传统冗长的射孔工序。

The geological conditions of the Yiqing block are extremely complex, which imposes extremely high requirements on the well completion technology. Changcheng Drilling has innovatively applied the intelligent sliding sleeve technology. Through precise depth correction and downhole positioning techniques, it accurately locates high-quality reservoirs in the tortuous well sections, achieving independent control of each layer. This technology not only fully releases the production capacity of thin reservoirs but also eliminates the lengthy and cumbersome perforation process.


面对管串刚性强、下入难度大、薄层对位精度要求极高等多重挑战,长城钻探联合设备厂家开展20余次地面泵压与排量验证试验,优化通井钻具组合,精细修整井眼,定制分段闭环泥浆体系与润滑封堵方案,成功攻克了大批量智能滑套集成下入的技术难题。

Facing multiple challenges such as strong pipe string rigidity, difficult lowering, and extremely high precision requirements for thin-layer alignment, Changcheng Drilling Company jointly conducted over 20 ground pump pressure and displacement verification tests with equipment manufacturers. They optimized the well-cleaning drilling tool combination, precisely adjusted the wellbore, and customized segmented closed-loop mud systems and lubrication sealing schemes. As a result, they successfully overcame the technical difficulties of integrating and lowering a large number of intelligent sliding sleeves in batches.
