Enhanced control was implemented in areas such as process regulation, raw material management, on-site operations, and dynamic monitoring, ensuring the firm grip on the quality standards.

“市场在哪里，生产就在哪里。”炼油一部生产技术组副组长孔繁韬说。乌石化紧扣市场需求，深耕精益生产，通过优化原料配比、精准调控炉温、动态调整操作参数等方式，找准产量与品质的最佳平衡点，全力保障高端产品稳产优产。

“炉温精准调控是实现高品质的关键突破点。”孔繁韬介绍，经过多轮调试试验，反复比对清焦周期与产品质量之间的影响，团队摸索出了最优运行工况。工艺方案通过优化加热炉温度控制策略，规范冷焦塔吹汽作业及加热炉清焦作业，有效稳定了装置运行状态，将石油焦挥发分严格控制在1A品级标准以内。同时，通过常态化塔口清焦作业，确保反应系统压力与温度处于稳定区间，生产节奏精准可控，保障产出石油焦全部符合1A品级要求。

"Accurate temperature control of the furnace is a key breakthrough point for achieving high quality." Kong Fan Tao explained. After multiple rounds of debugging and tests, and repeated comparisons of the impact between the coke cleaning cycle and product quality, the team discovered the optimal operating conditions. Through optimizing the temperature control strategy of the heating furnace, standardizing the steam blowing operation of the cold coke tower and the coke cleaning operation of the heating furnace, the operation status of the plant was effectively stabilized, and the volatile matter of petroleum coke was strictly controlled within the standard of grade 1A. At the same time, through regular coke cleaning operations at the tower outlet, the pressure and temperature of the reaction system were kept within a stable range, the production rhythm was precisely controllable, and all the petroleum coke produced met the requirements of grade 1A.

在源头管控上，技术团队组织开展了渣油原料常态化筛查，持续监测进入焦化装置的原料品质，严格控制钙、铁、钒、镍等金属杂质的含量，规避了因原料波动引发的质量问题。

In terms of source control, the technical team organized regular screening of the crude oil raw materials, continuously monitoring the quality of the raw materials entering the coking unit, strictly controlling the content of metal impurities such as calcium, iron, vanadium, and nickel, thus avoiding quality issues caused by fluctuations in the raw materials.

技术人员开展石油焦质量动态监测预警，实现质量风险预判，每日跟踪、复盘分析石油焦质量数据，设定挥发分预警阈值，异常问题即时讨论、闭环整改。当指标逼近预警区间时，操作人员及时微调关键工艺参数，快速消除原料与工况的波动，杜绝产品质量超标问题。

The technicians conduct dynamic monitoring and early warning of the quality of petroleum coke, achieving quality risk prediction. They track and review the quality data of petroleum coke on a daily basis, set warning thresholds for volatile matter, and immediately discuss and implement closed-loop rectification for any abnormal issues. When the indicators approach the warning range, the operators promptly adjust the key process parameters to quickly eliminate fluctuations in raw materials and operating conditions, and prevent the occurrence of product quality exceeding standards.
