This year, the proportion of water injection well measures increased to 46.7%, while the proportion of large-scale measures such as fracturing and major overhauls decreased to 12.4%. The cost per ton of oil decreased while the efficiency of stage measures increased to 89%. In addition, through the implementation of detailed reservoir description, the promotion of the anchor project in old oilfields and the improvement of recovery rate projects, the existing resources in the old areas were effectively revitalized, and the level of efficient development continued to improve. 新能源转型是提升综合效益的关键抓手。华北油田加快油气与新能源业务深度融合、协同增效,统筹推进清洁能源耦合联动开发,为低成本发展注入绿色动力。依托油区井场、站场、屋顶等存量资源,筛选28座站场打造低碳示范区,规模化布局光伏、风电项目,让闲置空间产生绿色价值。同时,持续优化用能结构,通过“以电替电、以电替热、以热替热”等清洁替代模式,用新能源技术反哺传统油气生产。华北油田巴彦分公司应用电蓄热混凝土储热项目,原油集输供热综合成本下降约44%,井场生产清洁替代率超91%;留路油田推进余热梯级利用、累计发电量达46万千瓦时;任丘15万千瓦风电项目完成首台风机吊装,项目投产后年均可提供清洁电能约3.2亿千瓦时,所发绿电优先通过绿电交易回购,并参与电能量现货交易,实现生态效益与经济效益同步提升。 The transition to new energy is a key leverage for enhancing overall efficiency. Large-scale photovoltaic and wind power projects have been deployed to generate green value from idle spaces. At the same time, the energy consumption structure has been continuously optimized. Through clean substitution models such as "electricity replacing electricity, electricity replacing heat, and heat replacing heat", new energy technologies are used to support traditional oil and gas production. The Baian Branch of the North China Oilfield has applied the electric heat storage concrete heat storage project, reducing the comprehensive cost of crude oil gathering and transportation by approximately 44%, and the clean substitution rate of the well site production exceeds 91%. Liuliu Oilfield has promoted the multi-level utilization of residual heat and has accumulated a total of 460,000 kilowatt-hours of electricity generation. The 150,000-kilowatt wind power project in Renqiu has completed the hoisting of the first wind turbine, and after its commissioning, it can provide approximately 320 million kilowatt-hours of clean electricity per year. The green electricity generated will be repurchased through green electricity trading and participate in the spot electricity trading, achieving simultaneous improvement of ecological and economic benefits. |
