中国石油网消息:6月6日,记者从川庆钻探获悉,随着长庆油田CCUS项目塬加3井顺利完井,该公司在抗二氧化碳腐蚀固井技术应用领域取得进展,防腐蚀水泥浆累计应用量突破1000立方米,为CCUS项目井筒长效密封提供了技术支撑。

China Oil News: On June 6th, a reporter from Chuanqing Drilling Company learned that with the successful completion of the Yuji Well of the CCUS project in the Changqing Oilfield, the company has made progress in the application of anti-carbon dioxide corrosion cementing technology. The cumulative application volume of anti-corrosion cement slurry has exceeded 1,000 cubic meters, providing technical support for the long-term sealing of the wellbore of the CCUS project.


今年年初以来,川庆钻探将抗二氧化碳腐蚀固井技术作为保障井筒完整性、延长油气井使用寿命的关键举措,从固井材料源头发力,通过大量室内试验筛选,创新应用纳米微球型、粉末晶枝型2种新型水泥防腐蚀剂,成功构建起适配CCUS工况的全井段抗腐蚀水泥浆体系。

Since the beginning of this year, Chuanqing Drilling has regarded the anti-carbon dioxide corrosion cementing technology as a key measure to ensure wellbore integrity and extend the service life of oil and gas wells. Starting from the source of cementing materials, through a large number of laboratory tests, they innovatively applied two new types of anti-corrosion agents, namely nano-spherical type and powder dendritic type, to successfully establish a full-segment anti-corrosion cement slurry system suitable for CCUS conditions.


室内试验数据显示,该体系水泥石经二氧化碳连续腐蚀90天后,抗压强度稳定性提升58.43%。

The indoor test data show that after the cement stone of this system was continuously corroded by carbon dioxide for 90 days, the stability of its compressive strength increased by 58.43%.
