中国石油网消息：4月10日，大庆石化乙烯一部原料作业区员工张峰借助北斗智能巡检仪完成点位信息填报，系统随即发出确认提示。

China Petroleum News: On April 10th, Zhang Feng, an employee of the Raw Materials Operation Area of the Ethylene Department of Daqing Petrochemical Company, completed the filling in of the point information using the Beidou intelligent inspection instrument. Immediately after, the system sent out a confirmation prompt.

该公司4月1日正式投用北斗智能巡检系统，目前已实现炼油、化肥、化工全区域覆盖，涵盖14个生产部及机电仪专业，员工巡检效率提升近50%。

The company officially launched the Beidou intelligent inspection system on April 1st. Currently, it has achieved full coverage of the refining, fertilizer, and chemical industries, covering 14 production departments and mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation specialties. The efficiency of employee inspections has increased by nearly 50%.

自2025年11月启动北斗智能巡检系统的建设与推广以来，大庆石化依托信息化数据采集技术，推动系统建设与装置现场深度融合，先后完成原有主要生产装置巡检路线替代、多轮巡检路线拆分及巡检点优化等工作。

Since the launch of the construction and promotion of the Beidou intelligent inspection system in November 2025, Daqing Petrochemical has relied on information-based data collection technology to promote the deep integration of system construction and on-site equipment. They have successively completed the replacement of the original main production device inspection routes, multiple rounds of inspection route splitting, and optimization of inspection points.

今年3月10日，该系统全面进入试运行阶段。截至目前，已完成501条巡检路线设置、3885项巡检数据录入，所有巡检计划均完成标准化配置，并投入常态化使用，实现巡检全流程数字化、规范化管控。

On March 10th this year, the system fully entered the trial operation phase. As of now, 501 inspection routes have been set up, 3,885 inspection data have been entered, all inspection plans have been standardized and configured, and they have been put into regular use, achieving digital and standardized control of the entire inspection process.

相较于以前的巡检仪，北斗智能巡检仪在续航能力、耐低温等性能上优势明显，适配北方地区气候特点及生产现场复杂环境。大庆石化凭借系统厘米级定位、实时数据传输、全程轨迹追溯及隐患一键上报等优势，大幅提升了巡检管理效率与质量，推动巡检工作提质增效、提档升级。

Compared with previous inspection instruments, the Beidou intelligent inspection instrument has significant advantages in terms of battery life and cold resistance. It is suitable for the climate characteristics of northern regions and the complex environments of production sites. Daqing Petrochemical has significantly improved the efficiency and quality of inspection management by leveraging its advantages such as centimeter-level positioning of the system, real-time data transmission, full-process trajectory traceability, and one-click reporting of potential hazards. This has promoted the improvement and upgrading of inspection work.
