中国石油网消息：3月31日，4辆满载132吨茂金属聚乙烯产品的货车，从大庆石化销售储运中心驶出，一路奔赴华东市场，标志着该公司高端化工产品市场拓展再添新成果。

China Petroleum News: On March 31st, four trucks fully loaded with 132 tons of metallocene polyethylene products set off from the Sales and Storage Center of Daqing Petrochemical Company, heading towards the East China market. This marks another significant achievement in the company's expansion of its high-end chemical product market.

聚焦“油转化”，优化资源配置释放价值空间。大庆石化充分发挥炼化一体化协同优势，以“分子炼油”理念为指引，科学优化全流程资源配置，驱动产业链向化工品延伸。通过投用催化干气碳二回收装置，将低价值干气转化为富乙烯气，实现乙烯日增产超40吨，资源利用率大幅提升，今年前3个月实现增效超千万元。

Focusing on "oil conversion", optimizing resource allocation to unlock value potential. Daqing Petrochemical fully leverages the synergy of its integrated refining and chemical production. Guided by the "molecular refining" concept, it scientifically optimizes the allocation of resources throughout the entire process, driving the industrial chain to extend towards chemical products. By putting into use the catalytic dry gas carbon dioxide recovery device, low-value dry gas was transformed into rich ethylene gas, resulting in an increase of over 40 tons of ethylene per day and a significant improvement in resource utilization rate. In the first three months of this year, it achieved an efficiency increase of over 10 million yuan.

在生产运行优化方面，公司深化“分储分炼”等举措，推行“一装置一策”精细化管理模式，科学测算3套乙烯装置成本，制定差异化、最优化的生产方案，进一步挖掘存量资产潜能。一季度，E1、E2装置综合能耗同比下降16．19千克标油/吨。同时，聚乙烯、聚丙烯、顺丁橡胶等装置深度互补，构建起更加灵活高效的资源利用体系。

In terms of production operation optimization, the company has intensified measures such as "separate storage and separate processing", implemented the "one facility, one strategy" refined management model, scientifically calculated the costs of three ethylene production units, formulated differentiated and optimized production plans, and further explored the potential of existing assets. In the first quarter, the comprehensive energy consumption of E1 and E2 units decreased by 16.19 kilograms of standard oil per ton. At the same time, the polyethylene, polypropylene, and butadiene rubber production units achieved deep complementarity, forming a more flexible and efficient resource utilization system.

发力“化转材”，瞄准关键材料补链强链。大庆石化紧抓化工产业向新材料转型升级的机遇，以核心技术突破推动产品结构向新材料领域迈进。公司积极开展差异化领域研究，提升ABS专用料生产和推广比例。截至目前，高光泽ABS、合金专用ABS等已完成小试，性能指标均满足设计要求。公司还通过组建集技术研发、中试转化与工业化生产于一体的全链条攻坚团队，实现对重点新材料从实验室到产业化、从生产线到客户端应用的全生命周期闭环管理。年初以来，公司已完成3个牌号新材料的首次量产，另有4个牌号产品纳入排产计划。

Daqing Petrochemical seized the opportunity of the transformation of the chemical industry towards new materials, using core technology breakthroughs to advance the product structure towards the new material field. The company actively carried out research in differentiated fields and increased the production and promotion ratio of ABS special materials. As of now, high-gloss ABS, alloy special ABS, etc. have completed pilot tests, and the performance indicators all meet the design requirements. The company also established a full-chain breakthrough team integrating technological research, pilot-scale transformation and industrial production to achieve full life cycle closed-loop management of key new materials from laboratory to industrialization and from production line to client application. Since the beginning of the year, the company has completed the first mass production of 3 new material brands, and another 4 product brands have been included in the production schedule.

3月中旬，大庆石化携昆仑“钰绒”等200余种高性能纤维产品亮相中国国际纺织纱线（春夏）展览会，产品凭借优异的性能吸引众多国内外客户驻足咨询，6家企业在展会现场签约。公司通过强化市场前瞻研判，推动生产、销售、研发全流程高效协同，不断优化加工路线与产品结构，茂金属聚烯烃、特种橡胶等高附加值产品产销规模持续扩大，一批技术含量高、市场反响好的拳头产品成功打破市场壁垒、抢占市场先机。

In mid-March, Daqing Petrochemical showcased over 200 high-performance fiber products including Kunlun "Yurong" at the China International Textile Yarn (Spring and Summer) Exhibition. The products' outstanding performance attracted numerous domestic and foreign customers to stop by for inquiries. Six enterprises signed contracts on the spot at the exhibition. The company strengthened market forward-looking analysis and promoted efficient collaboration throughout the production, sales, and research and development processes. It continuously optimized processing routes and product structures. The production and sales scale of high-value-added products such as metallocene polymers and special rubber continued to expand.
