中国石油网消息：5月25日，从北京石油机械有限公司获悉，该公司最新研制的FKWDQ1280型防喷器控制系统，助力塔里木油田哈得4-64-3井顺利完成固井作业并进入井口试压阶段。

China Oil News: On May 25th, a reporter from Beijing Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. learned that the company's newly developed FKWDQ1280 type blowout preventer control system has assisted the Hade 4-64-3 well in Tarim Oilfield in successfully completing the cementing operation and entering the wellhead pressure test stage.

产品实现连续无故障稳定运行超1000小时。这标志着国内首套一体化远程智能关井装备首次实现现场工业化应用，填补了国内在智能井控装备技术领域的空白。

The product has achieved continuous, fault-free and stable operation for over 1,000 hours. This marks the first time that the domestic first batch of integrated remote intelligent well shutdown equipment has been applied in the field on an industrial scale, filling the gap in the domestic technology field of intelligent well control equipment.

据介绍，该产品实现了多项技术突破，提高了关井响应速度，实现了井控作业由“人为操作”向“智能执行”的跨越。现场应用期间，产品经受住钻进、起下钻杆、起下钻铤、空井及测井等多种复杂工况的严峻考验，精准、迅速地完成了关井作业任务。

It is introduced that this product has achieved multiple technological breakthroughs, significantly improving the response speed during well shutdown. It has enabled the well control operation to shift from "human operation" to "intelligent execution". During the on-site application period, the product withstood the severe tests of various complex working conditions such as drilling, raising and lowering drill pipes, raising and lowering drill collars, empty wells, and logging, and accurately and promptly completed the well shutdown tasks.
