中国石油网消息：9月14日，从西部钻探公司获悉，该公司自研的“回插式免钻塞注水泥装置和分级注水泥方法”，正式获得国家知识产权局发明专利授权。这标志着公司在免钻分级固井技术领域取得又一项原创性突破。

China Oil News: On September 14th, it was learned from Western Drilling Company that the company's independently developed "Reinsertion Type Cement Injection Device without Drilling Plug and Grading Cement Injection Method" has officially obtained the patent authorization from the National Intellectual Property Administration. This marks another original breakthrough made by the company in the field of non-drilling and graded cementing technology.

当前，国内非常规油气勘探开发持续向深层、超深层及长水平段延伸，复杂井况大幅增多。传统分级箍存在开关孔成功率低、高压抗压性能弱、高温密封易失效等问题，且固井后需钻除井内留塞，不仅拉长建井周期、增加施工成本，还易损伤套管、影响固井质量，长期制约复杂井筒固井效率与完整性。

Currently, unconventional oil and gas exploration and development in China are continuously extending to deeper, ultra-deep and long horizontal sections, and the number of complex well conditions has significantly increased. Traditional graded casings have problems such as low success rate of opening and closing holes, weak pressure resistance performance at high pressures, and easy failure of high-temperature sealing. After cementing, it is necessary to drill out the plugs left in the well, which not only prolongs the well construction period and increases the construction cost, but also easily damages the casing and affects the cementing quality. This has long restricted the efficiency and integrity of cementing in complex wellbores.

针对传统设备可靠性差、操作烦琐等行业难题，西部钻探研发团队突破传统设计，创新研发回插式免钻塞技术方案。该装置集成中心管、外筒、锚定支撑组件等核心部件，通过多结构协同配合，构建稳定水泥浆循环的通道，达到可靠悬挂效果，固井后内部附件可自动脱落至井底。

In response to the industry problems such as poor reliability and cumbersome operation of traditional equipment, the R&D team of Western Drilling has broken through the traditional design and innovatively developed the plug-free insertion technology solution. This device integrates core components such as the central tube, outer cylinder, and anchoring support components. Through the coordinated cooperation of multiple structures, it forms a stable channel for cement slurry circulation, achieving a reliable suspension effect. After cementing, the internal accessories can automatically fall to the bottom of the well.

据悉，该专利依托西部钻探的科技项目——“XZ-HGGH抗105MPa气密封式分级箍的研制”研发而成，是继“一体封隔式免钻注水泥工具”“连续固井联动隐藏式可溶分级注水泥器”后，公司在固井核心技术领域取得的又一重要成果。该系列自研技术已在玛湖、陆梁等油气区域现场应用300余井次，开关孔、一次下落到底及封隔成功率均达100%，累计创效超1200万元。

It is reported that this patent was developed based on the technological project of Western Drilling - "Development of XZ-HGGH Anti-105MPa Gas Sealing Type Grading Ring". It is another significant achievement of the company in the core technology of well cementing after "Integrated Sealing-Type Cementing Tool without Drilling and Injection" and "Continuous Cementing Linked Hidden Soluble Grading Cement Injection Device". These self-developed technologies have been applied in over 300 well sites in areas such as Mahe and Luliang. The success rates of opening and closing holes, one-time descent to the bottom, and sealing and isolation have all reached 100%, and the cumulative economic benefits have exceeded 12 million yuan.
