中国石油网消息：截至8月24日，由渤海装备辽河热采公司研制的110千伏高压直入电加热固体蓄热式注汽锅炉已在新疆油田连续运行94天，累计生产过热蒸汽4.11万吨，实现消纳绿电3439万千瓦时，替代天然气359万立方米。

China Oil News: As of August 24th, the 110-kilovolt high-voltage direct-entry electric heating solid thermal storage steam injection boiler, developed by Bohai Equipment Liaoyang Thermal Recovery Company, has been operating continuously in Xinjiang Oilfield for 94 days. It has produced 41,100 tons of superheated steam, consumed 3,439 million kilowatt-hours of green electricity, and replaced 3.59 million cubic meters of natural gas.

The 110-kilovolt high-voltage direct-entry solid heat storage steam injection boiler project of Xinjiang Oilfield is a demonstration project that supports the green power substitution for heavy oil extraction. The project's R&D team has successively overcome a number of industry technical challenges and put the project into operation in Xinjiang Oilfield on May 23rd, achieving continuous and stable steam injection. During the operation period, the entire process of multiple heat storage temperature conditions was verified, and the operating parameters of the equipment during the heating, heat exchange, and steam production processes were stable and controllable. 目前，已完成哈尔滨石化固体蓄热电锅炉示范项目的设计、工况多维度模拟测算等全部前期关键设计工作。蓝海新材料电导热油炉、玉门油田炼化总厂大功率电导热油炉等多套定制化装备相继完工，进一步丰富了“低碳锅炉”的应用场景。

At present, all the key design work for the demonstration project of solid heat storage electric boilers at Harbin Petrochemical has been completed, including the design and multi-dimensional simulation calculation of the working conditions. Multiple customized equipment such as the Blue Sea New Materials electric conductive oil furnace and the high-power electric conductive oil furnace of the Yumen Oilfield Refining and Chemical General Plant have been successfully completed, further enriching the application scenarios of "low-carbon boilers".
