5月26日，记者从中海油研究总院有限责任公司获悉，由其牵头编制的我国首部天然气水合物领域国家标准《海底油气管道中天然气水合物生成预测与防控要求》正式发布。

On May 26th, a reporter from China National Offshore Oil Research Institute Co., Ltd. learned that the first national standard in the field of natural gas hydrates in China, "Requirements for Prediction and Prevention of Gas Hydrate Formation in Subsea Oil and Gas Pipelines", which was compiled by the institute and led by it, has been officially released.

该标准围绕水合物生成温度预测、化学药剂防控、压力防控、温度防控及脱水防控五大技术方向，系统规范了从模型计算到工程应用的全链条技术要求，为我国海底油气管道安全运行提供了首个系统性技术规范。

This standard focuses on five technical directions: prediction of hydrate formation temperature, chemical agent control, pressure control, temperature control, and dehydration control. It systematically and comprehensively stipulates the technical requirements from model calculation to engineering application, providing the first systematic technical specification for the safe operation of submarine oil and gas pipelines in China.

该标准的编制依托海洋天然气水合物全国重点实验室（由中海油研究总院有限责任公司、中海油海南能源有限公司、中海油田服务股份有限公司建设），实验室面向海洋强国、能源强国及“双碳”战略需求，聚焦水合物联合开发、深海二氧化碳封存及深远海油气流动安全保障等前沿方向，致力于打造国际一流的深海能源科创高地。

The formulation of this standard is based on the National Key Laboratory of Marine Gas Hydrates (established by China National Offshore Oil Research Institute Co., Ltd., China National Offshore Energy Co., Ltd. of Hainan, and China Oilfield Services Co., Ltd.), which is oriented towards the goals of becoming a maritime power, an energy power, and in line with the "dual carbon" strategy. The laboratory focuses on cutting-edge directions such as joint development of gas hydrates, deep-sea carbon dioxide sequestration, and safety guarantees for oil and gas flow in the deep sea, and is committed to building an international first-class deep-sea energy innovation hub.

国内首个天然气水合物标准技术工作组承担了该标准的编制工作。工作组为全国天然气标准化技术委员会下设的五个工作组之一，由中海油研究总院有限责任公司牵头，联合中国石油西南油气田分公司天然气研究院、中国石油大学（北京）、大连理工大学、国家石油天然气管网集团有限公司等二十余家骨干单位及高校共同组成。

The first national standard technical working group for natural gas hydrate was responsible for the formulation of this standard. This working group is one of the five working groups under the National Technical Committee for Natural Gas Standardization. It is led by China National Offshore Oil Research Institute Co., Ltd., and is jointly composed of more than twenty key units and universities such as China National Petroleum Southwest Oil and Gas Field Branch, China University of Petroleum (Beijing), Dalian University of Technology, and National Petroleum and Natural Gas Pipeline Group Co., Ltd.
