中国石油网消息：5月10日，广西石化传来捷报，其完全自主研发的光学级高品质聚苯乙烯GPPS-550N产品顺利出料，标志着公司在高端光学级化工新材料领域实现原创性突破，为国内光学材料产业链自主可控注入了强劲动能。

China Petroleum News: On May 10th, Guangxi Petrochemical announced a significant success. The company's independently developed optical-grade high-quality polystyrene GPPS-550N product was successfully discharged. This marks a breakthrough in the original research and development of the company in the field of high-end optical-grade chemical new materials, injecting strong impetus into the domestic autonomy and controllability of the optical material industry chain.

5月8日9时，广西石化30万吨/年聚苯乙烯装置正式启动生产线牌号切换工作。攻关团队依托装置工艺体系，锁定关键工艺控制点与添加剂精准加入量，实时盯控聚合反应状态和设备运行负荷，密切联动化验分析数据，动态微调工艺参数，全过程保障生产平稳受控。经过40小时不间断连续攻坚、精细调校，装置顺利产出合格产品，成功切入专用合格料仓，实现公司首批光学级GPPS-550N稳定量产，产品所有关键性能指标一次性达标。

At 9 o'clock on May 8th, the 300,000-ton/year polystyrene production line of Guangxi Petrochemical officially began the process of switching production grades. The research team, relying on the process system of the facility, identified the key process control points and the precise addition amounts of additives, continuously monitored the polymerization reaction status and the operating load of the equipment, closely linked with the laboratory analysis data, and dynamically adjusted the process parameters. Throughout the entire process, they ensured the stable and controlled production. After 40 hours of continuous and meticulous efforts, the facility successfully produced qualified products, successfully entered the dedicated qualified material storage area, and achieved the stable mass production of the company's first batch of optical-grade GPPS-550N. All key performance indicators of the product met the standards at one time.

The 300,000-ton/year polystyrene plant in Guangxi Petrochemical has three specialized production lines. Each line has an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons. It can flexibly switch to produce multiple grades of products in two major series: general grade and high impact resistance grade. It has a solid hardware foundation for the research and development of high-end new materials, customized production, and large-scale supply, providing strong support for the subsequent iterative upgrading of optical grade series new products.
