今年以来，江汉油田涪陵页岩气公司聚焦涪陵稳产、复兴上产两大工程，新井产能建设与老井稳产治理同步推进。前7个月，涪陵页岩气田累计生产天然气40.42亿立方米，复兴油田生产页岩油34832吨。

Since the beginning of this year, the Enlong Shale Gas Company of Jianghan Oilfield has focused on the two major projects of maintaining stable production in Enlong and promoting increased production. The construction of new wells and the stabilization of production of existing wells have been carried out simultaneously. In the first seven months, the Enlong Shale Gas Field produced a total of 4.042 billion cubic meters of natural gas, and the Shibu Oilfield produced 34,832 tons of shale oil.

该公司成立重点项目专项工作组，实施日跟踪、周通报、月考核闭环管控，确保各项生产任务高效落实。建立指标动态跟踪机制，针对低压积液、井筒结垢等难题，实施老井综合治理，实现增气1.9亿立方米。

The company established a special task force for key projects, implementing a closed-loop management system of daily tracking, weekly reporting, and monthly assessment to ensure the efficient implementation of all production tasks. A dynamic indicator tracking mechanism was established to address problems such as low-pressure liquid accumulation and wellbore scaling. Remedial measures were implemented for old wells, resulting in an increase of 190 million cubic meters of gas production.

同时，加强长停井复产治理，按照“精准诊、对症治”一体化模式，分类治理、靶向施策，截至目前已有13口长停井实现稳定复产，日均新增产气量8万立方米，助力气田长效稳产。

At the same time, efforts have been made to enhance the re-commissioning of long-idle wells. Following the "precise diagnosis and targeted treatment" integrated approach, the wells have been categorized and targeted measures have been implemented. As of now, 13 long-idle wells have achieved stable re-commissioning, with an average daily increase of 80,000 cubic meters of gas production, contributing to the long-term stable production of the gas field.
