5月25日，记者从中国石化获悉，我国首个陆相断陷盆地页岩油国家级示范区——胜利济阳页岩油国家级示范区累计产量突破200万吨，标志着我国中低成熟度页岩油勘探开发取得历史性突破，为推动陆相页岩油规模化发展提供重要示范支撑。

On May 25th, a reporter from Sinopec learned that the first national-level demonstration area for shale oil in a continental rift basin in China - the Shengli Jiyang Shale Oil National Demonstration Area - has achieved a cumulative production of over 2 million tons. This marks a historic breakthrough in the exploration and development of shale oil with medium to low maturity in China, providing important demonstration support for promoting the large-scale development of continental shale oil.

截至目前，该示范区累计上报探明储量3.27亿吨，估算资源量达105亿吨，相当于在胜利油田之下再造一个“新胜利”，为我国东部原油战略接替筑牢资源根基。

As of now, this demonstration area has cumulatively reported a proven reserve of 327 million tons and an estimated resource volume of 1.05 billion tons. This is equivalent to creating a "new Victory" beneath the existing Victory Oilfield, laying a solid foundation for strategic resource replacement in the eastern part of China.

据胜利油田副总地质师张世明介绍，页岩油成熟度的高低代表了地层的生油能力，国际公认页岩油成熟度只有大于0.9％才富集可动、具备商业开发价值，而胜利济阳页岩油90％的资源量成熟度小于0.9％，属于中低成熟度，并且断层复杂、裂缝多，地层温度普遍高于150℃，勘探开发属于世界级难题，没有先例可借鉴。

According to Zhang Shiming, the deputy geologist of Shengli Oilfield, the maturity level of shale oil indicates the oil-generating capacity of the strata. The international standard is that only when the shale oil maturity rate is greater than 0.9% can it be enriched with movable oil and possess commercial development value. However, 90% of the resources in Jiyang shale oil in Shengli have a maturity rate of less than 0.9%, which is considered to be of medium to low maturity. Moreover, the faults are complex and there are many fractures. The stratum temperature is generally above 150℃. The exploration and development of this area is a world-class challenge with no precedents to draw upon.

早在2006年，胜利地质工作者便开始页岩油探索，因为地质规律认识不清、工程工艺技术不成熟，勘探开发一度陷入低谷，与国外知名石油公司合作探索，结论也是　“无商业勘探开发价值”。

As early as 2006, the geological workers of Shengli began to explore shale oil. Due to the unclear understanding of geological laws and the immature engineering technology, exploration and development had once fallen into a low point. Even when cooperating with well-known foreign oil companies for exploration, the conclusion was still "no commercial exploration and development value".

胜利油田立足自主创新，科研团队累计取出2万米岩心、完成16万块次分析化验，攻关国家级、省部级研究课题40余项，对页岩储集性、含油性、可动性开展系统研究，创立陆相断陷盆地页岩油富集成藏与“储–缝–压”三元储渗等勘探开发理论，为济阳页岩油勘探开发奠定了理论基础。

The Shengli Oilfield focuses on independent innovation. The research team has extracted a total of 20,000 meters of core samples and completed 160,000 analysis and testing tasks. They have tackled over 40 national and provincial-level research projects. They have conducted systematic research on shale reservoir properties, oil content, and mobility, and established exploration and development theories such as shale oil enrichment and accumulation in continental rift basins, as well as the "storage-seam-pressure" three-component storage and seepage" theory. These efforts have laid a theoretical foundation for the exploration and development of Jiyang shale oil.

2022年胜利济阳页岩油国家级示范区正式揭牌，加快勘探开发技术的迭代升级，攻克了陆相断陷盆地构造复杂、演化程度低、页岩油流动性差以及高温、高压、涌漏并存的世界级难题，形成立体开发、优快钻井、高效均衡压裂等六大关键技术系列，实现厚层页岩油从三层楼到五层楼再到七层楼立体开发的跨越，6000米井深钻井周期从133天降至17天，平均单井预测产油突破4.3万吨，核心装备国产化率提升至95％以上。

In 2022, the National Demonstration Zone for Shale Oil in Jiyang, Shengli was officially inaugurated. Efforts were made to accelerate the iteration and upgrading of exploration and development technologies, and significant breakthroughs were achieved in overcoming the world-class challenges such as the complex structure, low evolution degree, poor fluidity of shale oil, and the coexistence of high temperature, high pressure, and leakage in the continental rift basins. A series of six key technologies including three-dimensional development, efficient and rapid drilling, and high-efficiency and balanced fracturing were formed. A leap was made in the three-dimensional development of thick-layer shale oil from three floors to five floors and then to seven floors. The drilling cycle for wells with a depth of 6,000 meters was reduced from 133 days to 17 days, and the average predicted oil production per well exceeded 43,000 tons. The core equipment domestication rate was increased to over 95%.

作为陆相断陷盆地页岩油开发的 “先行者”，胜利油田先后发现新兴、新河、新丰三个页岩油田，59口井峰值日产油超过百吨，最高达263吨；示范区年产量从初期的13.1万吨攀升至2025年的70万吨，提前一年完成储量与产量目标任务，形成了陆相断陷盆地页岩油高效勘探开发模式，为中国页岩油革命提供了“胜利样板”。

As a pioneer in the development of shale oil in continental rift basins, Shengli Oilfield has successively discovered three shale oil fields - Xingming, Xinhe and Xinfeng. 59 wells have achieved a peak daily oil production of over 100 tons, with the highest reaching 263 tons. The annual output of the demonstration area has increased from 131,000 tons in the initial stage to 700,000 tons in 2025, achieving the target of reserves and production one year ahead of schedule. This has formed an efficient exploration and development model for shale oil in continental rift basins, providing a "Shengli model" for the shale oil revolution in China.

“我们将锚定‘十五五’末年产300万吨的目标，深化地质工程一体化，加快推进科产融创，全力推动济阳页岩油规模增储、效益建产，以示范经验带动全国陆相页岩油规模化上产，为推动中国页岩油革命、保障国家能源安全贡献更大力量。”中国石化胜利石油管理局有限公司董事、济阳页岩油团队负责人杨勇表示。

"We will aim to produce 3 million tons by the end of the '15-17' period. We will deepen the integration of geological engineering and accelerate the integration of science and production. We will fully promote the large-scale reserve increase and efficient production of Jiyang shale oil, using the demonstration experience to drive the large-scale production of onshore shale oil across the country. This will contribute more to promoting the shale oil revolution in China and ensuring national energy security." Yang Yong, the director of Sinopec Shengli Oilfield Management Company and the team leader of Jiyang shale oil, said.
