新疆乌鲁木齐河西煤层气探采项目（一期）开钻仪式在乌鲁木齐市顺利举行。河南省豫地科技集团资环四院党委书记、董事长白领国出席仪式，在宁夏天利丰集团董事长的指令下，项目于当日11时45分正式开钻。

The groundbreaking ceremony for the Xinjiang Urumqi West River Coalbed Methane Exploration and Production Project (Phase I) was successfully held in Urumqi. Bai Lei Guo, the Party Secretary and Chairman of the Resources and Environment Division of Henan Province Yudi Technology Group, attended the ceremony. Under the instructions of the chairman of Tianli Feng Group in Ningxia, the project officially started drilling at 11:45 that day.

本次开钻的新疆乌鲁木齐河西煤层气探采项目（一期），由河南省豫地科技集团资环四院与宁夏天利丰集团旗下新疆域能综合能源有限责任公司合作开发，是乌鲁木齐市非常规能源领域重点推进项目，资环四院凭借煤层气领域丰富的施工经验与过硬技术实力成功中标该项目。

The newly drilled Xinjiang Urumqi Hexi Coalbed Methane Exploration and Production Project (Phase I) is a joint development project between Henan Yudi Technology Group's Resources and Environment Fourth Institute and Xinjiang Dianeng Comprehensive Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Ningxia Tianliufeng Group. It is a key project in the unconventional energy sector of Urumqi. The Resources and Environment Fourth Institute successfully won the bid for this project with its rich construction experience and strong technical capabilities in the coalbed methane field.

项目采用探采结合的施工模式，旨在精准验证矿区煤层气储量与开采难度，为后续大规模商业化开发提供科学依据。项目规划在西山区块、老君庙区块共布设12口井。

The project adopts a combined exploration and extraction construction mode, aiming to accurately verify the coalbed methane reserves and extraction difficulties in the mining area, and providing scientific basis for the subsequent large-scale commercial development. The project plans to set up a total of 12 wells in the Xishan block and the Laogongmiao block.

为保障项目按期开钻，西北事业部新疆分公司在公司领导的统筹指导下，扎根项目现场、全力攻坚推进，以高效执行力确保了开钻仪式的顺利举行。

To ensure the project could commence drilling on schedule, the Xinjiang Branch of the Northwest Division, under the overall guidance of the company's leadership, took root at the project site and made every effort to advance the project. With its efficient execution capabilities, the groundbreaking ceremony was successfully held.

该项目是新疆分公司优化市场结构、拓宽区域市场份额的关键举措，也是积极响应新疆维吾尔自治区“十五五”规划的具体实践。下一步，新疆分公司将持续深耕新疆能源市场，以技术援疆、产业援疆为抓手，主动服务自治区发展大局，为新疆能源产业建设与经济社会发展贡献力量。

This project is a crucial measure for the Xinjiang branch to optimize the market structure and expand its regional market share. It is also a concrete practice in response to the "15th Five-Year Plan" of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. In the future, the Xinjiang branch will continue to deeply penetrate the Xinjiang energy market, taking technology assistance and industrial assistance as the main approaches, and actively serving the overall development of the autonomous region, contributing to the construction of the Xinjiang energy industry and the economic and social development of the region.
