中国石油网消息：截至9月23日，由管道局一公司承建的青海油田涩—格双线输气管道达布逊湖段安全隐患治理项目已投产进气5天，标志着这个项目完成建设交付。

China Oil News: As of September 23rd, the safety hazard rectification project for the Shide-Ger dual-line gas transmission pipeline in Qinghai Oilfield, which was constructed by the First Company of the Pipeline Bureau, has been in operation for 5 days, marking the completion of the project's construction and delivery.

该项目管线全长158公里，其中改线线路长78.8公里，沿线设置阀室3座，顶管穿越国道2处。项目采用三条不同管径、不同材质管线同沟敷设，对施工组织和工艺控制提出极高要求。

The total length of this pipeline is 158 kilometers. Among them, the re-routed section is 78.8 kilometers long. There are 3 valve chambers along the route and the pipeline crosses the national highway at two locations. The project adopts the simultaneous laying of three pipelines with different diameters and materials in the same trench, which imposes extremely high requirements on the construction organization and process control.

施工全程位于海拔2800多米的柴达木盆地戈壁。直面盐湖软基、风沙侵蚀、盐渍土腐蚀等复杂情况挑战，以及高原低压、强风沙的恶劣气候考验，项目团队将标准化、精细化管控贯穿建设全周期，通过优化工序排布、昼夜轮班作业等举措攻坚提速：10天建成标准化营地，4个月完成双线158公里主体焊接，先后创下单日布管444根、单日焊接290道焊口、双线同沟单日开挖3.5公里等多项高原施工纪录。

The entire construction process was carried out in the Gobi desert of the Qaidam Basin at an altitude of over 2,800 meters. Facing complex challenges such as soft soil from salt lakes, wind erosion, and corrosion from saline soil, as well as harsh climatic conditions including low pressure in the plateau and strong sandstorms, the project team implemented standardized and meticulous control throughout the entire construction period. Through measures such as optimizing the sequence of work and conducting shift work day and night, they overcame difficulties and accelerated progress: a standardized camp was completed in 10 days, and the main welding of the two lines covering 158 kilometers was completed in 4 months. They successively set several high-altitude construction records, including 444 pipes laid per day, 290 welds per day, and 3.5 kilometers of simultaneous excavation in the same trench on both lines per day.

这次安全隐患治理消除了老旧管线存在的盐湖溶陷、地基沉降、腐蚀泄漏等安全隐患，补齐了老管线的运行短板，实现了涩—格输气主干线的本质安全升级。目前，各阀室设备运行平稳、工艺参数稳定达标。项目投运大幅提升了高原长输管道安全保障能力，为区域天然气稳定输送筑牢坚实的管网安全屏障。

This safety hazard rectification has eliminated the safety hazards such as salt lake subsidence, foundation settlement, and corrosion leakage existing in the old pipelines. It has filled the operational shortcomings of the old pipelines and achieved the essential safety upgrade of the Shit - Ge gas transmission main line. Currently, the equipment in each valve room is operating smoothly and the process parameters are stable and meet the standards. The project's operation has significantly enhanced the safety guarantee capability of the plateau long-distance pipeline, and has built a solid network safety barrier for the stable transmission of regional natural gas.
