中国石油网消息：9月18日，全国第49个“质量月”活动在塔里木油田推进之际，绿电生产战线也亮出了扎实成绩：喀什110万千瓦光伏电站年发电量突破9亿千瓦时，相当于节约标煤27万吨、减排二氧化碳近59万吨。塔里木油田塔西南公司始终将安全生产作为绿电产业发展的生命线，把质量管控要求嵌入设备运维、电网保障、能力建设全链条，以质量提升夯实安全根基，以安全稳定保障绿电高效输出。

China Petroleum News: On September 18th, as the 49th "Quality Month" activity was being carried out across the country in the Tarim Oilfield, the green electricity production front also showcased its solid achievements: The 110-megawatt photovoltaic power station in Kashgar achieved an annual power generation of over 900 million kilowatt-hours, equivalent to saving 270,000 tons of standard coal and reducing nearly 590,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions. The Tarim Oilfield's Taisuwest Company has always regarded safety production as the lifeline of the green electricity industry development. It has embedded quality control requirements into the entire chain of equipment operation and maintenance, power grid guarantee, and capacity building, using quality improvement to lay a solid foundation for safety, and ensuring the efficient output of green electricity through stable safety.

Leveraging the abundant solar and thermal resources in southern Xinjiang, the New Energy Project Management Department has established a closed-loop management system of "regular inspections + preventive maintenance", along with a 24-hour continuous monitoring mechanism. They utilize a digital intelligent platform to predict potential equipment hazards in real time, ensuring the normal operation of equipment under extreme high-temperature conditions. During the "Quality Month", the company focused on addressing the concentrated safety weaknesses of equipment and organized the Bodao Electric Power Project Department to conduct a comprehensive and coverage-based special maintenance for the low-voltage distribution rooms of over 10 substations under its jurisdiction. They conducted a comprehensive inspection of the terminals of the distribution cabinets and systematically rectified common hazards, establishing a problem ledger for closed-loop management. Simultaneously, they completed the practical testing of the fast switching devices for the Mota Line and Kangta Line, comprehensively verifying the switching logic and response speed of the dual-line mutual backup, and identifying potential risks in the power supply switching process. They also strengthened the hardware-based protection of power supply safety.

电能质量管控是绿电并网安全的核心支撑。9月15日，新能源项目管理部邀请国电南瑞电控专家团队开展电能质量专项技术交流，从故障录波采集规范、波形特征研判到故障机理剖析逐层拆解，为25名一线技术人员传授完整的故障分析与处置方法。这正是公司“质量月”“以技提质、以技保安”的具体落地举措。围绕“增强质量技术基础能力，提升质量安全保障水平”活动主题，新能源项目管理部同步组织66名员工开展质量专题线上学习；完成10个QC小组活动专项检查，督促课题成果落地与系统规范填报，以基层质量创新破解生产安全难题，持续提升一线人员对电能质量故障的分析判断和应急处置能力。

Power quality control is the core support for the safe integration of green electricity. On September 15th, the New Energy Project Management Department invited the power control expert team from Guodian NARI to conduct a special technical exchange on power quality. They dissected the issue layer by layer, from the collection of fault waveforms and waveform feature analysis to the analysis of fault mechanisms, and imparted complete methods for fault analysis and handling to 25 front-line technicians. This is a concrete implementation measure of the company's "Quality Month" and "Improving Quality through Technology and Ensuring Safety through Technology". Centering on the activity theme of "Enhancing quality technical foundation capabilities and improving quality and safety guarantee levels", the New Energy Project Management Department simultaneously organized 66 employees to conduct online quality learning sessions; completed 10 special inspections of QC groups, urging the implementation of project results and the filling out of system specifications, and using grassroots quality innovation to solve production safety problems, continuously enhancing the analysis and judgment capabilities and emergency response capabilities of front-line personnel for power quality faults.
