美国Venture Global公司与中国燃气控股有限公司9月14日联合发布新闻稿宣布，双方已签署一项新的液化天然气（LNG）长期购销协议（SPA）：自2030年起，Venture Global将每年向中国燃气额外供应50万吨美国LNG，合同期限长达20年。

On September 14th, Venture Global of the United States and China Gas Holdings Co., Ltd. jointly released a press release announcing that the two parties have signed a new long-term purchase and sale agreement (SPA) for liquefied natural gas (LNG): Starting from 2030, Venture Global will supply an additional 500,000 tons of US LNG to China Gas each year, with a contract duration of up to 20 years.

此次协议由中国燃气贸易BU旗下子公司中燃宏大能源贸易有限公司，与Venture Global旗下Venture Global CP2 LNG, LLC签署。根据条款，Venture Global将以离岸交付（FOB）方式、通过其全球资源池供货，采购价格与美国亨利港（Henry Hub）基准价挂钩，并附加固定液化费用，首批交付预计最早于2030年启动。

This agreement was signed by Zhongnang Daohong Energy Trading Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Gas Trading BU, and Venture Global CP2 LNG, LLC. According to the terms, Venture Global will supply through an offshore delivery (FOB) method from its global resource pool, with the purchase price linked to the benchmark price of Henry Hub in the United States, plus a fixed liquefaction fee. The first delivery is expected to commence as early as 2030.

新协议使Venture Global与中国燃气之间的长期承购规模提升至每年250万吨。此前双方于2023年签署两份20年期协议，分别对应Plaquemines LNG和CP2 LNG项目，各100万吨/年。中国燃气方面表示，继2022—2023年锁定300万吨长协资源后，此次新增50万吨将推动集团LNG长协资源池扩大至350万吨/年，增幅约16.7%。

The new agreement has increased the long-term purchase volume between Venture Global and China Gas to 2.5 million tons per year. Previously, the two parties signed two 20-year agreements in 2023, corresponding to the Plaquemines LNG and CP2 LNG projects, each at 1 million tons per year. China Gas stated that after locking in 3 million tons of long-term contract resources in 2022-2023, this additional 500,000 tons will enable the group's LNG long-term contract resource pool to expand to 3.5 million tons per year, an increase of approximately 16.7%.

Venture Global首席执行官Mike Sabel表示，很高兴扩大与中国燃气的合作，以路易斯安那州项目生产的可靠、低成本美国LNG满足中国不断增长的能源需求；中国燃气董事局主席兼总裁刘明辉称，新协议进一步丰富了国际LNG资源组合，体现了公司打造国际能源交易平台的决心。

Mike Sabel, the CEO of Venture Global, said that he was very pleased to expand the cooperation with China Gas, as the reliable and low-cost US LNG produced from the Louisiana project would meet China's growing energy demands. Liu Minghui, the chairman and president of China Gas' board of directors, stated that the new agreement further enriches the international LNG resource portfolio and demonstrates the company's determination to build an international energy trading platform.
