中国石油网消息 7月23日获悉，宝石管业宝世顺公司自主设计的超声波连探探架高度传感器，在新能源管材生产线成功应用，实现国产化替代。经过半个月现场试运行，设备运行状态稳定，检测精度达标，各项性能完全满足生产工艺要求。

China Petroleum Network News: On July 23rd, a reporter learned that the ultrasonic multi-probe probe stand height sensor independently designed by Baishun Company of Gemstone Pipe Industry has been successfully applied in the new energy pipe material production line, achieving domestic substitution. After half a month of on-site trial operation, the equipment has stable operation status, the detection accuracy meets the standards, and all performance indicators fully meet the production process requirements.

通过升级检测算法，该传感器可精准探测钢管焊缝缺陷，有效解决了原设备存在的检测偏差和运行不稳定问题，大幅提升了检测的稳定性。

By upgrading the detection algorithm, this sensor can accurately detect the defects of steel pipe welds, effectively solving the detection deviations and unstable operation problems of the original equipment, and significantly improving the stability of the detection process.
