6月8日，省发展改革委网站发布信息，近日云南集中核准3个风电项目，分别位于丽江和曲靖，项目总投资4.51亿元，总装机容量达10万千瓦。云南将有效利用当地风能资源，提高区域供电能力，助力乡村振兴。

On June 8th, the website of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission released information stating that recently, three wind power projects were centrally approved in Yunnan Province, located in Lijiang and Qujing. The total investment of these projects amounts to 451 million yuan, and the total installed capacity reaches 100,000 kilowatts. Yunnan will effectively utilize its local wind energy resources, enhance regional power supply capacity, and contribute to rural revitalization.

上述3个项目中，丽江市永胜县梭罗井风电场项目规模最大。批复显示，该项目总装机容量6万千瓦，将建设12台风电机组，项目总投资27044.66万元。

Among the above three projects, the Shologing Wind Power Plant project in Yongsheng County, Lijiang City is the largest. The approval document indicates that the total installed capacity of this project is 60,000 kilowatts, and it will build 12 wind turbines. The total investment of the project is 27,044.66 million yuan.

另外2个项目属于云南省“千乡万村驭风行动”第一批项目。其中，位于丽江市宁蒗县的松树河村项目总装机容量2万千瓦，建设4台风电机组，总投资8453.77万元。位于曲靖市宣威市的海德村项目总装机容量2万千瓦，建设3台风电机组，总投资9574.2万元。

The other two projects belong to the first batch of the "Wind Power Action for Thousands of Villages and Towns" initiative in Yunnan Province. Among them, the Songshuhe Village project in Ninglang County, Lijiang City has a total installed capacity of 20,000 kilowatts and will construct 4 wind turbine units, with a total investment of 8,453.77 million yuan. The Haid Village project in Xuanwei City, Cuizhou City has a total installed capacity of 20,000 kilowatts and will build 3 wind turbine units, with a total investment of 957.42 million yuan.

核准文件明确要求，项目建设必须严格履行公开招标程序，落实安全生产、水土保持和环境保护“三同时”制度，并在开工前依法办理规划许可、土地使用等报件手续。

The approval document clearly stipulates that the project construction must strictly follow the public bidding procedures, implement the "three-in-one" system of safety production, water and soil conservation, and environmental protection, and complete the necessary filing procedures such as planning permission and land use before commencing construction.
