6月6日,海西蒙古族藏族自治州750千伏托素变电站3组66千伏SVG动态无功补偿装置,顺利通过人工单相瞬时短路试验并正式投运。这一装置相当于“电网稳压器”,投运后有效提升海西电网输送能力45万千瓦,预计年增发新能源电量超10亿千瓦时,可满足约80万户青海居民家庭全年用电需求。

This device is equivalent to a "power stabilizer for the grid". After its operation, it effectively increased the transmission capacity of the Haixi power grid by 450,000 kilowatts. It is expected to increase the annual generation of new energy by over 1 billion kilowatt-hours, which can meet the annual electricity demand of approximately 800,000 households in Qinghai Province.


本次试验由国家电网有限公司西北分部指导,国网青海省电力公司联合中国电力科学研究院共同开展。SVG装置依托电力电子技术实现动态无功补偿,是新能源大规模并网场景下,保障电网电压稳定与安全运行的重要设备。此次试验全程落实全闭环安全管控,测试团队提前完成现场勘查,科学制定调度、试验、测试及应急处置等各类方案,逐一排查SVG一二次设备与电压控制定值,并组织实操演练,有效保障了试验工作高效协同、安全落地。

This experiment was guided by the Northwest Branch of State Grid Corporation of China and jointly carried out by the Qinghai Electric Power Company of State Grid and the China Electric Power Research Institute. The SVG device realizes dynamic reactive power compensation through power electronics technology and is an important equipment for ensuring the stability and safe operation of the power grid in scenarios of large-scale integration of new energy. The entire process of this experiment implemented full-closed-loop safety control. The testing team completed on-site investigations in advance, scientifically formulated various plans including dispatching, testing, and emergency response, inspected SVG primary and secondary equipment and voltage control set values one by one, and organized practical operation drills, effectively ensuring the efficient coordination and safe implementation of the experiment.


瞬时短路试验结果表明,750千伏变电站66千伏SVG装置暂态电压支撑性能表现优异,故障工况下协同响应能力突出,有效补齐了大规模新能源并网区域动态无功支撑短板,全面提升系统电压稳定水平,可为海西地区新能源消纳与并网能力升级提供坚实保障。

The results of the instantaneous short-circuit test show that the 66-kilovolt SVG device of the 750-kilovolt substation has excellent transient voltage support performance. Under fault conditions, it demonstrates outstanding collaborative response capabilities, effectively filling the gap in dynamic reactive power support in large-scale new energy integration areas, and significantly enhancing the voltage stability of the system. This can provide a solid guarantee for the expansion of the new energy consumption and integration capabilities in the Haixi region.


青海是国家重要的清洁能源生产基地,海西是青海两个千万千瓦级可再生能源基地之一,目前,海西电网总装机3044万千瓦,其中风光新能源装机2741万千瓦,占比超90%;光伏装机1667万千瓦、风电装机1017万千瓦、光热装机56万千瓦。

Qinghai is an important national base for clean energy production. Haixi is one of the two billion-kilowatt-level renewable energy bases in Qinghai. Currently, the total installed capacity of the Haixi power grid is 304.4 million kilowatts, among which the installed capacity of wind and solar energy is 274.1 million kilowatts, accounting for over 90%; the installed capacity of photovoltaic power is 166.7 million kilowatts, the installed capacity of wind power is 101.7 million kilowatts, and the installed capacity of concentrated solar power is 5.6 million kilowatts.


750千伏托素变电站作为海西电网核心枢纽变电站,国网青海电力根据其新能源外送实际需求,创新采用固定补偿+动态补偿相结合的无功配置模式,为全站装设4组66千伏SVG动态无功补偿装置,装置稳态总容量为360兆乏。本次率先投运3组,直接提升海西电网输送能力45万千瓦,剩余1组计划于今年四季度完成投运。

The 750-kilovolt Tousu Substation, as the core hub substation of the Haixi Power Grid, has adopted a new reactive power configuration mode combining fixed compensation and dynamic compensation based on the actual demand for power transmission of new energy in the region. The State Grid Qinghai Electric Power Company has installed 4 sets of 66-kilovolt SVG dynamic reactive power compensation devices throughout the station, with a total steady-state capacity of 360 megawatts. This time, the first three sets were put into operation, directly enhancing the transmission capacity of the Haixi Power Grid by 45 megawatts. The remaining set is planned to be completed and put into operation in the fourth quarter of this year.
