近日,云南省规模最大、功能最全、辐射最广的省级小水电智慧运维平台建成投运。独龙江乡的孔目、麻必当电站运行情况,可通过平台传至远在800多公里外的昆明,实现远程智能监控运维。 Recently, the largest, most comprehensive and most widely-radiating provincial-level smart operation and maintenance platform for small hydropower projects in Yunnan Province has been completed and put into operation. The operation status of the Kongmu and Maibidang hydropower stations in Dulongjiang Township can be transmitted through this platform to Kunming, which is over 800 kilometers away, enabling remote intelligent monitoring and maintenance. 云南小水电数量多、布局分散、单点规模偏小,长期以来,传统单站驻场值守模式存在运维成本高、安全管控难等问题,加之部分区域地质复杂、地质灾害多发,电站安全生产面临严峻考验。立足行业发展痛点与边疆保供实际,云南电力试验研究院(集团)有限公司历时1年开展平台建设,依托两项自研智能运维技术,搭建10大核心功能体系,打造省级小水电集群“智慧大脑”,对南方电网云南电网公司分布于11个州(市)的85座水电站进行统一远程智能监控运维。 In Yunnan Province, there are a large number of small hydropower stations, with scattered layouts and relatively small single-site scales. Moreover, in some areas, the geology is complex and geological disasters occur frequently, posing severe challenges to the safety production of power stations. In light of the industry development pain points and the actual situation of border power supply guarantee, Yunnan Electric Power Research Institute (Group) Co., Ltd. spent one year building the platform. Relying on two self-developed intelligent operation and maintenance technologies, it established 10 core functional systems and created a provincial-level small hydropower cluster "smart brain", enabling unified remote intelligent monitoring and operation of 85 hydropower stations of the Yunnan Power Grid Company of China Southern Power Grid distributed in 11 prefectures (cities). 平台将各水电站的开关量、发电量、模拟量、水流量等数据回传至主站处理器,对水文气象、地质环境、设备工况开展全天候动态监测、风险预警和智能研判,实现远程监控、数据分析、智能巡检、无人值守运维。在安全层面,针对48座坐落于地震高风险区的自有电站,通过远程集控减少现场值守人员,规避人身安全隐患,全天候监测水文、地质与设备数据,提升独龙江等偏远电站灾害预警处置能力;在监管层面,实现小水电水情、大坝、安全生产全链条穿透式监管;在电网层面,汇聚零散小水电数据,补齐调度数据缺口,保障电网平稳运行。经测算,85座电站推行智能化运维后,可精减六成运维人员,每年节约人工成本约2400万元。 The platform transmits the switch quantities, power generation volumes, analog quantities, water flow rates and other data of each hydropower station back to the main station processor. In terms of security, for the 48 of its own power stations located in high-risk earthquake areas, through remote centralized control, the on-site staff are reduced, avoiding personal safety hazards, and all-weather monitoring of hydrological, geological and equipment data is carried out to enhance the disaster warning and handling capabilities of remote power stations such as Dulongjiang; in terms of supervision, a full-chain penetration supervision of small hydropower water conditions, dams and safety production is realized; in terms of the power grid, scattered small hydropower data is aggregated to fill the data gap in dispatching and ensure the stable operation of the power grid. After calculation, after implementing intelligent operation and maintenance for 85 power stations, the number of operation and maintenance personnel can be reduced by 60%, and annual labor costs can be saved by approximately 24 million yuan. 目前,全省共有小水电1900多座,该平台的建成为全省小水电集约化、数字化转型开辟了新路径。下一步,云南电力试验研究院将持续迭代升级平台功能,深挖“小水电+”多元应用场景,依托智慧水电赋能乡村振兴,以数字化助力云南小水电绿色高质量转型,不断夯实边疆民族地区电力保障根基。 At present, there are over 1,900 small hydropower stations across the province.
