27日，30万吨级原油船“新吉元”轮顺利靠泊连云港港徐圩港区173号泊位并进行原油接卸作业，标志着江苏第二座30万吨级原油码头正式投产，将为长江中下游炼化企业提供高效、稳定的原油输入服务。

On the 27th, the 300,000-ton crude oil vessel "Xin Jiyuan" smoothly docked at the 173rd berth of Xuxi Port in Lianyungang Port and carried out crude oil unloading operations. This marked the official commissioning of the second 300,000-ton crude oil terminal in Jiangsu Province, which will provide efficient and stable crude oil supply services for the refining and chemical enterprises in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.

连云港港徐圩港区30万吨级原油码头是中石化石油销售有限责任公司和连云港港口股份有限公司共同出资建设的重要港口基础设施项目。码头设计年吞吐量1850万吨，泊位总长412米，包括工作平台、靠船墩、消控楼，以及工艺管道、装卸设备等配套设施。

The 300,000-ton crude oil terminal in Xuxi Port Area of Lianyungang Port is an important port infrastructure project jointly funded by Sinopec Petroleum Sales Co., Ltd. and Lianyungang Port Co., Ltd. The terminal is designed for an annual throughput of 18.5 million tons. The total length of the berths is 412 meters, including working platforms, berthing piers, control buildings, as well as supporting facilities such as process pipelines and loading and unloading equipment.

目前，码头输送设备、电气系统、控制系统及附属设备、消防系统、环保系统等运行稳定，工艺衔接顺畅、安全管控到位，所有指标均达到设计标准。

At present, the operation of the terminal conveying equipment, electrical system, control system and ancillary equipment, fire protection system, environmental protection system, etc. is stable. The process connection is smooth, safety management is in place, and all indicators have reached the design standards.

此次30万吨级原油码头正式投产，通过与连云港原油商业储备基地、国家管网连云港至淮安至仪征原油管道高效联动，将有效降低企业综合物流成本，在完善连云港港口功能布局的同时，填补了长江中下游地区原油需求增长缺口，进一步提升沿江地区原油供给系统的安全性。

This 300,000-ton crude oil terminal has officially come into operation. Through efficient coordination with the Lianyungang crude oil commercial reserve base and the national pipeline from Lianyungang to Huai'an to Yizheng, it will effectively reduce the comprehensive logistics costs of enterprises. At the same time, it will improve the functional layout of the Lianyungang port, fill the gap in crude oil demand growth in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, and further enhance the safety of the crude oil supply system along the Yangtze River region.

码头还深度契合江苏省石化产业发展与布局调整需求，为长三角区域一体化发展提供了强有力的能源支撑。
