The output has significantly increased compared to the period before the implementation of the Luotan 1 well's production enhancement test project. This indicates that the company has successfully verified the effectiveness of the "oil pipe reduction resistance + gas lift assistance drainage" combined technology on shale oil wells, providing an important practical reference for the efficient development of unconventional oil and gas resources in the eastern Sichuan region. 此前,禄探1井因套管环形空间大、流动阻力高等问题,深层页岩油藏潜能难以释放。 Previously, the Lu Teng 1 well encountered problems such as a large annular space in the casing and high flow resistance, making it difficult to unlock the potential of the deep shale oil reservoir. 为突破这一瓶颈,西南油气田公司组织技术力量深入开展增产试验论证,创新采取“油管降阻+气举助排”复合工艺组合措施,向井筒内下入油管至产层核心区域,通过大幅缩减流体流通截面,有效提升带油能力,降低油气举升难度,同时引入制氮气举工艺,运用“U型管原理”,通过制氮设备将高压氮气精准注入井底,快速降低液柱密度与回压,成功打通高效采油通道,实现了该井从“低效徘徊”到“高效喷涌”的蝶变。 To break through this bottleneck, the Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company organized technical personnel to conduct in-depth production enhancement experiments and analyses. They innovatively adopted a "oil pipe reduction of resistance + gas lift assistance discharge" combined technical measure.
