中国石油网消息:5月10日获悉,大庆钻探地质录井分公司首台DQL3.0数智化综合录井仪近日正式投入生产。该仪器在超快色谱分析、正压防爆安全监测及“一拖N”工厂化录井等方面实现多项关键突破,色谱分析速度达到国内先进。

China Oil News: On May 10th, it was learned that the first DQL3.0 intelligent comprehensive logging instrument of Daqing Drilling Geology Logging Branch has recently been officially put into production. This instrument has achieved several key breakthroughs in ultra-fast chromatographic analysis, positive pressure explosion-proof safety monitoring, and "one-to-N" factory-based logging. The chromatographic analysis speed has reached the advanced level in China.


“以前录井仪的常规色谱分析一个周期需要30秒,现在仅需9秒就能完成C1—C5烷烃7种组分的检测。”大庆钻探地质录井分公司专家姜亚辉介绍道。

"Previously, the conventional chromatographic analysis of the logging instrument took 30 seconds for one cycle. Now, it only takes 9 seconds to detect the 7 components of C1-C5 alkanes." Expert Jiang Yahui from Daqing Drilling Geology Logging Branch Company explained.


这一突破意味着什么?姜亚辉形象地解释道:“现在PDC钻头钻进速度极快,可能几十秒就能钻进1米。如果分析速度跟不上,那1米中蕴含的10厘米或20厘米薄油层信号就会被淹没,根本分辨不出来。9秒级的响应速度,就像给眼睛装上了高速摄像机,能精准捕捉快速钻井条件下的每一个薄差层和裂缝性储层信号。”

What does this breakthrough mean? Jiang Yahui explained vividly: "Nowadays, the PDC drill bit drills extremely fast. It can drill 1 meter in just a few seconds. If the analysis speed cannot keep up, the 10 centimeters or 20 centimeters thick oil layer signals contained within 1 meter will be drowned out, and it will be impossible to distinguish them. The 9-second response speed is like equipping the eyes with a high-speed camera, which can precisely capture every thin layer and fractured reservoir signal under the condition of rapid drilling."


有速度还要有精度。大庆钻探研发的DQL3.0综合录井仪同时搭载了在线轻烃色谱仪,可以以60秒为周期检测C1—C8烷烃、苯、甲苯等15种组分。

Speed is important, but so is accuracy. The DQL3.0 comprehensive logging instrument developed by Daqing Drilling Company is equipped with an online light hydrocarbon chromatograph, which can detect 15 components including C1-C8 alkanes, benzene, and toluene at a 60-second interval.


“这就好比医院里的CT机从12排升级到了256排,看得更清楚、更仔细。”姜亚辉表示,DQL3.0综合录井仪通过增加苯、甲苯等复杂组分的检测,能更精准地判断地层含油、气、水的情况,为储层流体性质评价提供更丰富的数据支撑,有效避免因误判导致的后续开发成本浪费。

"It's like upgrading the CT machine in a hospital from 12 rows to 256 rows. It can provide clearer and more detailed images." Jiang Yahui said. The DQL3.0 comprehensive logging instrument can more accurately determine the oil, gas and water content of the formation by adding the detection of complex components such as benzene and toluene. It provides richer data support for the eva luation of reservoir fluid properties and effectively avoids the waste of subsequent development costs caused by misjudgment.


为了确保这颗“最强大脑”在极端环境下稳定运行,研发团队历时3年,进行了上千次技术攻关,对软硬件系统进行了全方位升级。DQL3.0按照正压防爆最高等级重新设计了控制系统、智能电能监测系统及风机等,顺利通过了DNV挪威船级社认证,能够满足海上钻井平台、沙漠、高海拔、高含硫等高风险环境下的作业要求。

To ensure that this "most powerful brain" can operate stably in extreme environments, the R&D team spent three years conducting thousands of technical breakthroughs and carried out comprehensive upgrades to the software and hardware systems. DQL3.0 redesigned the control system, intelligent power monitoring system, and fans according to the highest level of positive pressure explosion-proofing. It successfully passed the DNV Norwegian Classification Society certification and can meet the operational requirements in high-risk environments such as offshore drilling platforms, deserts, high altitudes, and high sulfur content areas.


围绕核心分析能力,DQL3.0还实现了“一拖N”工厂化录井模式。一台主机可同时服务2口及以上井的录井作业,并能与基地EISC系统实时互动,支撑跨地域、跨专业协同决策。此外,新增的钻井液溢流监测系统精度达到每秒1升,能瞬间预警井漏、溢流等工程异常,有效预防重大事故。

Based on the core analytical capabilities, DQL3.0 has also implemented the "one-to-N" factory-style logging operation mode. One main machine can simultaneously serve logging operations for 2 or more wells, and can interact with the base EISC system in real time, supporting cross-regional and cross-professional collaborative decision-making. In addition, the newly added drilling fluid overflow monitoring system has an accuracy of 1 liter per second, which can instantly alert of engineering abnormalities such as well leakage and overflow, effectively preventing major accidents.
