5月9日，渤海湾畔，海风拂过冀东油田南堡2号人工岛。岛上的冀东油田南堡1号储气库内，几名岗位员工正在巡查，以保障新一轮注气工作安全、平稳运行。“看着冀东储气库在这片土地上拔地而起，充满活力，前景十足，我们都把它称作‘储气蛟龙’！”冀东油田储气库建设项目部执行董事、党委书记张永东指着储气库设施，语气里满是自豪。

Inside the No. 1 gas storage reservoir on the island, several on-duty employees were conducting inspections to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the new round of gas injection. "Seeing the Jidong gas storage reservoir rising from the land here, full of vitality and promising a bright future, we all call it the 'Gas Storage Dragon'!" Zhang Yongdong, the executive director and secretary-general of the Jidong Gas Storage Reservoir Project Department, pointed at the storage reservoir facilities and his voice was filled with pride.

近年来，冀东油田依托南堡油田挥发性油藏构造完整、储层厚度大、井筒完整性好的独特地质优势，凭借临近京津消费市场、管网设施完善的优越区位优势，深耕油藏改建储气库领域，大胆探索，成功闯出了一条油藏协同建库的特色发展之路。如今，南堡1号投产见效、堡古2注气运行、南堡东加快推进，3座储气库功能互补、协同发力、集群成势，正向着千万立方米级储气库基地战略目标笃定迈进。

In recent years, Jidong Oilfield has taken advantage of the unique geological advantages of the volatile oil reservoirs in Nanbao Oilfield, such as complete structural integrity, large reservoir thickness, and good wellbore integrity. Leveraging its superior geographical location close to the consumption markets of Beijing and Tianjin and its well-developed pipeline facilities, it has been deeply engaged in the field of reservoir modification for gas storage facilities. Through bold exploration, it has successfully blazed a distinctive development path of collaborative reservoir construction for gas storage facilities. Currently, Nanbao No.1 has been put into operation and is achieving results, Baoguo No.2 is injecting gas, and Nanbao Dong is accelerating its progress. The three gas storage facilities have complementary functions, work collaboratively, and form a cluster, and are steadily moving towards the strategic goal of a gas storage facility base with a capacity of tens of millions of cubic meters.

打造国内海上储气库标杆

Build a benchmark for domestic offshore gas storage facilities

3月31日，南堡1号储气库中控室内，屏幕上的采气数据不断跳动，当最后一组数据定格，现场响起一阵掌声。“圆满完成第二轮冬季采气任务！本轮采气交接量较首轮增长28.6%。”储气库生产运行负责人裴玉华笑着说道。

On March 31st, in the control room of the Nanbu No.1 Gas Storage Facility, the gas extraction data displayed on the screen kept fluctuating. When the last set of data froze, a round of applause erupted at the scene. "The second round of winter gas extraction mission has been successfully completed! The transfer volume of this round of extraction is 28.6% higher than that of the first round." Storage facility production and operation director Pei Yuhua said with a smile.

海上油藏改建储气库是全新的领域，没有成熟经验可借鉴。“当时最大的难题就是气驱排液，怎么才能既高效建库，又能提升原油采收率？”回忆起攻坚初期的困境，冀东油田储气库建设项目部地质钻采中心二级工程师胡彩云感慨道，“我们白天泡在井场测数据、查工况，晚上在办公室熬到深夜，反复推演方案，终于摸索出了新路子。”

The transformation of offshore oil reservoirs into gas storage facilities is a completely new field with no mature experience to draw upon. "The biggest challenge at that time was gas-driven liquid drainage. How could we both efficiently build the storage facility and enhance the recovery rate of crude oil?" Recalling the difficulties encountered in the initial stage of the project, Hu Caiyun, a second-level engineer of the Geological Drilling and Production Center of the Jidong Oilfield Gas Storage Project Department, expressed her feelings, "We spent the day at the well site collecting data and checking conditions, and stayed up late in the office at night. We repeatedly studied and planned the solutions, and finally found a new way."

项目团队通过联合攻关与实践探索，成功完成3座海上油藏改建储气库方案设计，构建混相重力驱、单向转面积驱、立体交叉排驱3种油藏气驱排液建库新模式，实现高效建库与原油提采“双收益”。“以前建库和采油是两条线，现在协同推进，一举两得，这就是油藏协同建库的核心优势！”胡彩云指着技术图纸介绍道。

Through joint efforts and practical exploration, the project team successfully completed the design of three offshore oil reservoirs for converting into gas storage facilities. They established three new models for gas-driven liquid removal in oil reservoirs: mixed-phase gravity drive, unidirectional transverse area drive, and three-dimensional cross-section cross-drive. This enabled efficient reservoir construction and achieved "dual benefits" of both reservoir construction and crude oil extraction. "Previously, reservoir construction and crude oil extraction were two separate processes. Now, they are carried out simultaneously, achieving both goals at once. This is the core advantage of reservoir collaboration in construction!" Hu Caiyun explained, pointing at the technical drawings.

不仅如此，项目团队还攻关形成大尺寸井优快钻完井技术，其中水平井创下多项纪录，开创大尺寸固井技术国产化先河。冀东油田储气库建设项目部地面工程中心负责人郝大勇介绍：“海管铺设期间，我们创新采用密集水网‘平台预制+漂管+后挖沟’工艺，以及高压大壁厚海管‘陆地二接一+铺管船铺设’工艺，较原定计划提前完成这条输气大动脉建设。如今，南堡1号储气库已高质量、高效率建成投产，成功获得集团公司‘十四五’优质工程奖。”目前，冀东油田南堡1号储气库见效比例高达93.5%，油藏吸气比例由20%上升至40%、排液量增幅34%，高部位含气饱和度达40%。

Hao Dayong, the head of the Ground Engineering Center of the Construction Project Department of Jidong Oilfield Gas Storage Project, introduced: "During the laying of the submarine pipelines, we innovatively adopted the 'platform prefabrication + floating pipe + trench excavation' process, as well as the 'land two connections one + pipe laying ship laying' process for high-pressure and thick-walled submarine pipelines. This enabled the construction of this gas transmission artery to be completed ahead of the original plan. Now, the South堡 No. 1 Gas Storage Project has been successfully completed and put into operation with high quality and efficiency， and has successfully won the 'High-quality Project Award of the Group Company' for the '14th Five-Year Plan' period." Currently， the effectiveness rate of Jidong Oilfield's South堡 No. 1 Gas Storage Project is as high as 93.5%， the gas absorption ratio of the reservoir has increased from 20% to 40%， the drainage volume has increased by 34%， and the gas saturation in the high position has reached 40%.

铸就行业建库技术典范

Establish a technical benchmark for industry database construction

4月8日，堡古2储气库现场，下载气阀门缓缓开启，天然气平稳注入，中控屏幕上的注气量数据稳步攀升。“成功了！和京唐LNG接收站联动试运圆满完成，堡古2储气库正式稳定复产注气了！”现场项目建设者们眼中满是激动。

On April 8th, at the Baogu 2 gas storage facility site, the gas intake valve slowly opened, and natural gas was smoothly injected. The gas injection volume data on the control screen steadily rose. "It's a success! The joint trial operation with the Jingtang LNG receiving station has been completed successfully. The Baogu 2 gas storage facility has officially resumed stable gas injection operation!" The project construction workers at the site were filled with excitement in their eyes.

堡古2储气库肩负着河北省重点项目、冀东油田2026年本部最大投资项目建设的双重重任，建设内容涵盖“四站两线一路”，涉及多个部门协调、多个专业交叉。更棘手的是，它地处复杂断块区域，注采调控难度大，审批手续更是烦琐。“刚开始审批的时候，涉及12个部门，流程特别复杂，我们天天跑部门、递材料，反复沟通对接。”负责审批协调的刘建伟回忆道，“最多的时候一天跑3个部门，经过10余轮协作，仅用1个多月就完成了全部审批。”

Bogou 2 gas storage reservoir shoulders the dual responsibilities of being a key project in Hebei Province and the largest investment project of Jidong Oilfield in 2026. Its construction content covers "four stations, two lines and one road", involving coordination among multiple departments and cross-disciplinary interactions. What makes it even more challenging is that it is located in a complex fault-block area, with significant difficulties in injection and production regulation, and the approval procedures are extremely cumbersome. "When the approval process began, there were 12 departments involved, and the procedure was extremely complex. We went to the departments every day, submitted materials, and repeatedly communicated and coordinated," recalled Liu Jianwei, who was in charge of the approval coordination. "At its peak, we visited three departments a day. After more than 10 rounds of collaboration, all the approvals were completed in just over one month."

工程建设现场，更是一派热火朝天的景象。7.8公里双向输气管道建设工地上，施工人员迎着裹挟着海腥味的风沙，加班加点连轴转。“大家再加把劲，争取提前贯通！”项目现场负责人龙志宏喊道。在参建各方的共同努力下，输气管道提前30天顺利贯通。施工采取工厂化预制方式，预制率高达95%，焊接合格率达98.65%，实现了质效双提。

At the construction site, it was a scene of great activity. On the 7.8-kilometer two-way gas pipeline construction site, the construction workers, braving the wind and sand carrying the smell of the sea, worked overtime non-stop. "Let's give it one more push and strive to complete the project ahead of schedule!" Project site manager Long Zhihong shouted. With the joint efforts of all the participating parties, the gas pipeline was successfully completed 30 days ahead of schedule. The construction was carried out using a factory prefabrication method, with a prefabrication rate of up to 95%, and the welding qualification rate reached 98.65%. This achieved both quality and efficiency improvements.

针对复杂断块注采调控难题，项目团队摸索出“高部位聚气扩顶、中部位均衡驱替、低部位强排腾库容”的层系调控策略。“储气库高部位含气饱和度达30%至33%，超15%的可流动临界饱和度界限，气液界面稳步下移，次生气顶也在扩大，充分证明了技术可行、效益可观！”储气库建设项目部地质钻采中心三级工程师李聪拿着监测报告说道。

To address the complex problems of injection and production control in block formations, the project team has developed a stratigraphic control strategy of "collecting gas in the upper part of the high position, achieving balanced displacement in the middle position, and conducting strong drainage in the lower position to expand the storage capacity". The gas saturation in the high position of the gas storage reservoir reaches 30% to 33%, exceeding the critical saturation limit of 15% for fluid mobility. The gas-liquid interface steadily moves downward, and the secondary gas cap is also expanding. This fully demonstrates the feasibility and considerable benefits of the technology! The third-level engineer Li Cong from the Geological Drilling and Production Center of the Gas Storage Project Department said, holding the monitoring report.

先试先行，堡古2储气库摸索出的成熟经验，为全国复杂断块储气库建设提供了可复制、可推广的“冀东方案”。

By taking a trial-and-error approach, the Baogu 2 gas storage facility has developed mature experience that has provided a replicable and scalable "Jidong model" for the construction of complex fault-block gas storage facilities across the country.

“当前，我国能源转型加速，天然气调峰保供压力越来越大，加快储气库建设就是守住能源安全底线。”在4月份的油田储气库建设推进会上，储气库建设项目部经理高广亮说，“我们要立足长远，梯次推进，构建规模化、集群化储气库体系，为国家能源保供贡献力量。”

"At present, China's energy transition is accelerating, and the pressure on gas peak-load regulation and supply security is increasing. Accelerating the construction of storage reservoirs is to safeguard the bottom line of energy security." At the oilfield storage reservoir construction promotion meeting in April, Gao Guangliang, the manager of the storage reservoir project department, said, "We should take a long-term perspective and proceed in a step-by-step manner to build a large-scale and clustered storage reservoir system, contributing to the national energy supply security."

4月的渤海湾，海阔天高，春光明媚。在南堡东储气库前期筹备现场，工作人员正忙着整理勘察数据。“南堡东储气库已经高分通过集团部门重大项目审查，马上就要进入实质建设阶段了！”储气库建设项目部地面工程中心二级工程师范家僖介绍说，“后备库址柳赞北区、南堡东二期的前期评价研究也在有序推进，技术储备基础不断夯实，冀东油田千万立方米级战略蓝图越来越清晰了。”

"The Nanbao East Gas Storage Facility has passed the major project review of the group department with high scores and is about to enter the substantive construction stage!" said Fan Jiahui, the second-level project manager of the Ground Engineering Center of the Gas Storage Facility Construction Project Department. "The preliminary eva luation studies for the backup site Luzhan North Area and the second phase of Nanbao East are also progressing smoothly. The technical reserve foundation is continuously being consolidated, and the strategic blueprint of tens of millions of cubic meters for the Heidong Oilfield is becoming increasingly clear."

安全是储气库运行的生命线。在堡古2储气库现场，微地震监测系统全天候在线，技术人员正在实时研判监测波形与数据变化。“这是国内首个填海区长期微地震监测部署，填补了我国浅滩海区域储气库微地震监测技术空白。”李聪介绍，“前段时间乐亭县2.4级、古冶区2.2级地震，系统都成功捕获并记录了完整波形，运行稳定可靠。”

Safety is the lifeline for the operation of gas storage facilities. At the Baoguo 2 gas storage facility site, the micro-seismic monitoring system is online 24/7, and technicians are analyzing the monitoring waveforms and data changes in real time. "This is the first long-term micro-seismic monitoring deployment in the reclaimed area in China, filling the technological gap in micro-seismic monitoring for gas storage facilities in shallow coastal areas of our country," Li Cong explained. "Some recent earthquakes in Leiting County (2.4 magnitude) and Guoye District (2.2 magnitude) were successfully captured and recorded by the system, and the operation is stable and reliable."

智慧化建设为储气库发展强势赋能。在数字化管控中心，屏幕上实时显示着两座储气库的运行数据，“我们已经完成了两座储气库的数字化交付，搭建了全流程数字化平台，还建成了地上地下一体化数据管理底座。”储气库建设项目部一级工程师刘国英说道，“现在正依托我国首套地下地面一体化动态仿真引擎软件HiSimPro，推进‘油气藏—井筒—地面’一体化耦合机理模型建设，以后建库、运维都会更高效、更精准。”

Intelligent construction has significantly enhanced the development of gas storage facilities. In the digital control center, the operation data of the two gas storage facilities are displayed in real time on the screen. "We have completed the digital delivery of the two gas storage facilities, established a full-process digital platform, and also built an integrated data management foundation for both above-ground and underground areas," said Liu Guoying, a first-level engineer of the gas storage project department. "Currently, we are relying on China's first underground-ground integrated dynamic simulation engine software HiSimPro to promote the construction of an integrated coupling mechanism model for 'oil and gas reservoirs - wellbores - ground'. In the future, the construction and operation of the facilities will be more efficient and accurate."
